Che vista!
Pros:

Se cercate un posto con la vista mozzafiato lontano dal trambusto di kuta , questo è il posto giusto,camere moderne pulite,forse farei un po' di manutenzione al bagno.
Il padrone di casa gentilissimo ,prepara ottimi pancakes per colazione.

Cons:

Siamo stati bene però bisogna avere un mezzo proprio per spostarsi, sconsigliato se siete a piedi

Pros:

Great views, super comfy room and dark enough to see the stars at night

Cons:

We had a pickup at 7 am in the next morning and we informed the personal for the breakfast but he said it starts at 7. Would have appreciated a gesture for just a slice of bread or something, because he was in the kitchen already when we left.

Pros:

I had booked two nights here, I stayed five… that says something... Perfect for those who prefer the calm on the heights of a village to the tourist bustle Kota, which is easily accessible from here, that said. All you need is a scooter and the south and centre of Lombok is yours! Then, the (six) bungalows between frangipan trees are clean and comfortable, Beng Beng is a friendly and welcoming host, the view is breathtaking, the beach 600 metres away and the coffee at will!

Cons:

The internet connection is fluctuating - might be good thing; there’s better to do than staring at a screen ;)

The view looks like a dream :)
Pros:

The view is stunning and it is the perfect place if you need to slow down, it is really peaceful. Beng beng, the property manager, is an amazing person, he makes you feel at home.

Cons:

If you don’t like scooters it is not the best deal because you definitely gonna need one as the property is 15 minutes driving from Kuta, where the nicest restaurant and cafes of the Island are located.

Pros:

The location was great, with a great view of the beach , located on a hill back from the beach but pretty close for such a great view...room was quiet and clean with everything I wanted, a/c etc

Cons:

It is a little involved to find the property, however the owner emails directions once you book, Google maps shows a roundabout way to get there but once you arrive, you can see the best route to the beach which is pretty obvious...

Lugar muy tranquilo. Pueblo con identitdad e mucha comunidad
Pros:

Ubicación increible. Cama muy comoda. Lugar muy tranquilo. El mejor pancake que hemos probado. Personal muy atento.

El lavabo era horrible. Mucho olor a humedad. El grifo de la ducha era raro.

Pros:

Lage zwischen Kuta Stadttrubel und entspannten Stränden. Super Aussicht. Das Zimmer mit Meerblick ist traumhaft. Leckeres Essen. Super freundlicher Service. Roller kann man direkt vor Ort dazu buchen. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser jederzeit zur freien Verfügung. Haben direkt zwei Nächste Verlängert.

Cons:

Trubel auf den Straßen da viel in der Umgebung neu gebaut wird und ab und an LKWs die Wege nutzen. Teilweise im Außenbereich Gestank vermutlich durch Abwasser. Ruckelige Anfahrt. Jedoch alles nur kleine Einschränkungen. Würden es Jederzeit wieder buchen.

Ok but no collaboration with the place

Nice view

Cons:

Poor breakfast choice, they want you to pay extra for a bigger breakfast and with the basic option my boyfriend couldn’t be full. The owner was mean through texts while we wanted to add some nights and had to change the room through poor wifi for work. At the end we couldn’t stay and she didn’t do anything to help us and solve the problem. Staff working there was friendly though

We would stay there again because of the view in the seaview rooms but we wish they would upgrade AC.
Pros:

The view is spectacular and it was nice to have a simple breakfast included.

Cons:

The AC was pretty weak and the shower head needed to be hung back up. Also, it would be helpful to have a floor fan.

Vista mozzafiato, ottima pausa dal caos di Kuta
Pros:

Vista mozzafiato, colazione eccezionale (frutta buonissima!!). Beng Beng disponibile e generoso, ci ha organizzato lezioni di surf perfette! Consigliamo motorino anche se la strada per arrivare richiede attenzione, comunque fattibilissimo! 15’ da Kuta quindi posizione perfetta per le spiagge a sud e per andare a cena a Kuta.

Séjour sympathique
Pros:

Une superbe vue. Bungalow très agréable. A proximité de 2 plages magnifiques (a pied). Bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas de wifi dans notre chambre
Pas d’eau chaude
Pas de draps, juste une couverture sans housse.
Accueil très moyen et presque inexistant.
