Falta personal, pedimos un vaso de agua y no nos quisieron dar otro vaso y pedí una almohada más y no tenían tuvieron que improvisar una.
Las camas sonaban creo que deben cambiarlas a la brevedad, no son tan cómodas.

Un buen lugar para quedarse en Zacatlán
Pros:

Muy cerca del centro, habitaciones limpias.

Cons:

Los colchones podrían mejorar en comodidad, por otra parte, el ruido del exterior de la habitación pasa muy fácilmente a su interior.

NO ME HOSPEDARÍA DE NUEVO, MAL SERVICIO Y SE ANUNCIAN COMO HOTEL BOUTIQUE

No hay desayuno, LA UBICACIÓN EXCELENTE, ES LO MEJOR QUE TIENE, y tienen buen WIFi

Cons:

No nos hicieron la habitación, tenían una cruz de un menor fallecido hace poco en la escalera al 2do piso, nos dieron la última habitación del 2do piso sin balcón, el baño no tenía ventana que se pudiera abrir, las camas se sienten los resortes, no nos cambiaron la ropa de cama ni las toallas, nos dijeron llegando que el Estacionamiento no era de ellos y que a ver si nos hacían espacio pero que no era exigible (lo usan para rentarlo a quienes van al Centro), nos dejaron encerrados los coches para salir y fue un show hacer el movimiento de carros aunque avísamos desde la noche anterior que haríamos el check out a las 6:30 am, la televisión no tiene servicio de cable. ES LA FECHA QUE NO ME DAN MI FACTURA ARGUMENTANDO QUE PARTE DE ESE DINERO SE LO QUEDA LA APLICACIÓN Y QUE SOLO ME PODRÍAN FACTURAR POR LO QUE SE QUEDA EL HOTEL
