Pros:

Obiekt położony w ciekawym miejscu trochę na uboczu. W okresie stycznia jest tu pusto i poza sezonem, małe obłożenie obiektu. Kuchnia pracowała dość dobrze jedzenie dobre ale monotonne, basen przyjemny. Ocean i otoczenie całkiem znośne, życie ratowała knajpka na plaży obok hotelu.

Cons:

Pomimo dość znaczącej ceny obiekt ma sporo braków i niedociągnięć. Czystość przeciętna, np firanki chyba nie były zmieniane nigdy, są jak filtr powietrza w aucie. Karaluchy obecne. Podczas pobytu trwał remont części pokoi. Nawet deratyzację oraz zadymianie roślin jakąś chemią miało miejsce podczas gdy dzieci bawiły się na basenie a my na tarasie. Kuchnia w pokoju w stanie dość opłakanym, raczej nie nadawała się do przygotowania posiłku, czajnik z zepsutym wyłącznikiem gotował wodę bez przerwy.

Masakra najgorszy hotel w jakim byliśmy
Cons:

Karaluchy, prezerwatywa na basenie, pleśń na ścianach, brudne zasłony. Odradzam wszystkim którzy planują tam pobyt. Hotel na 2 tygodnie przed przyjazdem odwołał mi pobyt W Penthousie, zrobiłam więc rezerwację na apartament dla 6 osób z widokiem na ocean i dużym tarasem. Obsługa pomyliła gości i zakwaterowała nas w innym pokoju, złożona reklamacja nic nie dała.
W godz popołudniowych obsługa rozpylała maszyną spalinową środki ochrony roślin w formie gryzącego i śmierdzącego dymu, w tym czasie dzieci przebywały na balkonie oraz na balkonie.

Trzymajcie się z dala od tego miejsca.

Nice location, but recommend you go elsewhere.

Size of room and location.

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. Cobwebs, hair, stains all over kitchen.
Facilities - no gas for cooktop, air-conditioning so loud you couldn't talk or watch tv. Safe broken ( but was fixed), no towels on arrival, when requested we received towels no bigger than the floor mat. Housekeeping only every 4 days. No tea towels. Bedside lamp, one broken and one with wrong power point, so couldn't be used.
Pool towels poor quality and stained.
I could continue, but this should provide an idea of the lack of quality in this hotel.
This was also one of our most expensive hotels we have stayed at in Sri Lanka, and it is the worst by a long way.

Pros:

Отель совершенно не соответствует заявленному комфорту ,номера большие но даже шампунь с кондиционером не положили,про чистота я пожалуй промолчу, т. к писать придется много,персонал а именно рецепшн наглые и совершенно ничем вам не помогут,каждый раз кивал и ничего не делал, завтраки просто ужас . Я выехала из этого отеля на третий день,а вы делайте выводы сами. Я не порекомендую этот отель.

все,кроме размера номера,а самое главное наглый и ужасный рецепшн

Pros:

Superb Location right on NIlaveli beach. Beautiful Property with Spacious Rooms and penthouse we booked had all equipments required for a family stay. However the Jacuzi plunge pool (which is private to the penthouse) is on the next floor accessible through a stairway exclusive for penthouse hence couldnt use much . Staff was helpful and they have a room service for food which is convenient. Food Menu Prices are a bit on the higher side but considering the convenience it was acceptable. Highly recommended for a family stay looking for calmness of sea and sands

Cons:

Food Order has to be placed quite early and takes about 1,30-2 Hrs to prepare if you need room service. If you need Srilankan breakfast you need to order quite early on the day before however food quality is good.

Cons:

The internet apparently didn't have limits, but we had to get it fixed EVERY day. If there is a limit we could accommodate that, but they reassured us that there wasn't, expect every day it failed - it felt like it hit a limit that had to be manually topped up
