Pros:

La habitación es cómoda ,limpia y el apartamento la verdad que la gente respeta y muy tranquilo .

Cons:

Las toallas nos dejaban azul ..y tuvimos que barrer varias veces la habitación y hasta el pasillo

El aire acondicionado.
A 15 minutos andando a la playa.

Cons:

La puerta de la calle no abría, intentamos ponernos en contacto con el dueño y no daba señales de vida, la piscina nada que ver con las fotos, muy sucia y no había zona para dejar las toallas ni poder estar, la puerta de la terraza estaba rota, todas las instalaciones eran compartidas, un solo baño para todo el mundo.. la verdad que toda una decepción.
Piden 30€ de fianza.

Buena opción en Gandía
Pros:

La comodidad de la cama. La decoración, sencilla y moderna. La terracita privada en la habitación para poder desayunar.
La limpieza de las instalaciones.
No me había alojado compartiendo baño, pero no ha habido problema con eso. Casi no he coincidido con los demás huéspedes.
La gente ha respetado el descanso y la privacidad

Cons:

Por poner algo, la entrada a base de códigos de acceso. Entiendo que es más práctico para la gestión de las habitaciones, pero no deja de ser algo incómodo. Al final acabas acostumbrándote.

Pros:

Super agradable, pese a ser estancias con baño compartido super recomendable, muy tranquilo, todo super limpio, detalles como maquina de café y varias neveras para las distintas habitaciones, aire acondicionado, piso muy fresquito, facil los accesos al portal y el piso pese a ser todo remoto y por códigos, la playa a dos minutos, genial.

Superb
Pros:

Modern, comfortable, nicely furnished apartment with a nice outdoor terrace. Fast wifi, nice kitchen. good communication from host and well organised. Convenient location for the town and beach.

Cons:

The walls are thin and the door lock system is noisy - loud beeps & bangs when others enter the apartment. It is shared with around 6 other guests. We had to message the host to turn on the air con.
