It's not too far from Shinjuku station
The room space is a bit tiny once you have all your suitcases open
Great place! Very confortable 😊
Actually a decent apartment on the larger side good location.
Covered in mould. The ceiling had been sticky-taped back on the mould all under it. Mould had been painted over above and behind the microwave. The shower curtain was entirely covered in mould. I raised this issue with the owner as I am allergic and was told it would be fixed - nothing happened. I’ve seen lots of generic responses to other criticisms in the reviews it feels like it’s entirely automated. DO NOT stay here in room 101 unless the owner specifies that the mould has been removed.
Close to trains
Did not get towels exchanged daily as we preferred. Room smaller than we are accustomed to.
Very comfortable and spacious for Tokyo!
This stay was really great, especially for the price. The apartment was easy to find and get into, the space had all the amenities we needed, and it was in a good location for the things we did in Tokyo (a few train stops/30 min walk from Shinjuku).
The apartment is a bit away from most top Tokyo attractions, such as the Imperial Palace and Asakusa. The neighborhood is also very quiet and residential, which took a bit getting used to. Additionally, there is no balcony or dryer, so our clothes needed to be washed and hung up days before we left.
Very tiny appartment - quite optimistic to rent it as a 3-bed appartment as there is literally no place to open the luggage.
Appartment well located - however expect long response times by the owner…
All in all, we were allowed flexibility and we could place our luggage before check in time, which was helpful.
Too small for 3 people + luggages
Clean and fresh, with all amenities, washer, fridge, microwave, bathtub. Good location walking distance from subway 2 stations away from Shinjuku.
Proximity to metro station and quiet neighborhood
Dirty floor and bathroom, plastic cutlery
We liked the location. It was quite close to both Shibuya and Shinjuku and that side of Tokyo.
The place was quite spacious compared to other rooms in Tokyo.
Neighbourhood was also nice and quiet.
There was a washing machine inside the flat which was handy.
The pillows could have been better. They were quite thin, so not my liking, but other people might prefer it.
There was no dryer and so rack for the clothes, so we had to take them to a coin laundry to use the dryer.

Easy self check-in (enter code they send you)
Cute little place in a quiet area yet only 600m walk away from the metro station and a only two stations from Shinjuku.
Has everything you need: kitchen, laundry machine, bathtub!, balcony.
We we’re traveling with our 5 month old and had a small stroller so it was a little hard getting it up the stairs, but okay.
