Pros:

Accueil. Personnel serviable. Séjour 4 nuits. Arrivée tard samedi et seule chambre disponible dans l'arrière-cour sans vue de la mer comme prévu. Le lendemain , le personnel nous a offert la chambre avec lit queen et vue sur la rio. Sans frais extra. Grande chambre très propre avec balcon privé. Piscine fortement appréciée car pas de plage à proximité. Endroit très calme (Avril 2026) et ses habitants très accueillants. Je recommande un séjour à cet établissement et village.

Nous avons aimé l'emplacement idéal au bord de l'eau

Cons:

Le personnel d'accueil nous a refait payer la réservation une fois sur place alors que le site Booking m'avait déjà débité le total sur mon compte. La personne a l'accueil ne parlait pas anglais et n'a pas essayé de vraiment nous aider ou de nous rembourser. Ça ressemble à un scam !

De plus il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain.

Que no encontré buena comida en Rio Lagartos, pero eso no tiene nada que ver con el Hotel. Su atención fue muy buena y el personal muy amable

Good for a few nights
Pros:

Directlt located at the lagoon with super b view. Rather at the edge of the town, but a quick walk to the centre. Spacious room and nice balcony to sit.

Cons:

The building, especially the windows are having a hard time because of the salty air and wind. The windows were no longer fully sealed, so you could hear the wind howl. Might be an issue if you are a light sleeper, but we had no issue. No mobile internet connection in town, and no wifi in the room. Wifi connection was good in the lobby. Pool could use some loungers instead of chairs. Overall a good hotel to spend a few nights in.

Halte très agréable dans un village de pêcheurs
Pros:

Petit hôtel familial très agréable.
Très propre.
De l’eau à disposition, du café et des petits gâteaux !
Cadre très joli.
Personnel accueillant et disponible!

Pros:

Nos entregaron la habitación antes de tiempo, lo cual nos permitió dejar el equipaje para alcanzar a dar un recorrido en lancha, la vista era increíble. Excelente vista.

Ok, but not what we expected
Cons:

No breakfast is provide, unlike most hotel in the area. There was no water at all in the hotel for many hours on the day we checked in. We were about to leave when they goat it running.
