Las vistas de Toledo

Cons:

Les hace falta mas personal porque tenian solo 3 camareros para restaurante, bar y terraza. Y el domingo por la mañana solo habia un camarero en desayunos. No dandole tiempo de reponer las bandejas de comida o zumos del buffet.

Has the potential to be amazing but is poorly managed with not enough staff and those they have are unable to cope with

The location was outstanding and the foyer and the suite we had was lovely

Cons:

They just didn’t have it together. There wasn’t enough staff to cater for the guests they had. The menu was limited and very often choices weren’t available making the options even more limited. We had to wait over 40 minutes for drinks and even then they didn’t always come. The pool area was filthy and I had to ask the lifeguard to clean to the pool. A couple of days the glasses and rubbish from the day before were still around the pool.

Pros:

Es bonito, limpio y con muy buenas instalaciones.
El personal no puede ser más amable, da gusto el trato con cualquiera.

Cons:

El acceso está casi oculto, mal señalizado y sin iluminación en el acceso desde la carretera, te puedes pasar sin enterarte.
El servicio de bar es algo pobre, es complicado tomar una cerveza a las 7 de la tarde, aunque al final puedes lograrlo.

Pros:

Muy tranquilo y bonitas vistas.

Cons:

Recomendable añadir una sábado encimera en la cama, además del edredón. En verano es suficiente una sábana para dormir y con el edredón te fuerza a poner el aire acondicionado

Great food and wine. Lovely staff. Very comfortable beds - great nights sleep!
