Pros:

El Cigarral es precioso, con unas vistas muy bonitas de Toledo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y están bien cuidadas. Además, el personal fue amable durante la estancia.

Cons:

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas y teniendo en cuenta su precio, esperábamos algo más. Una hora después del check in, un señor entró en nuestra habitación porque en recepción le habían entregado una llave de la misma. Entendemos que fue un error puntual, pero resultó una situación incómoda, ya que mi pareja estaba en la ducha y yo cambiándome. La piscina es muy bonita, aunque estaba llena de insectos y no dio la sensación de que se limpiara durante el fin de semana. También pedimos bebidas en la piscina y tardaron unos 45 minutos en traerlas porque se habían quedado sin hielo; a algunos amigos, de hecho, ni siquiera llegaron a servirles lo que habían pedido. Son detalles que creemos que podrían cuidarse más, ya que el hotel es muy bonito y tiene mucho potencial y podría ofrecer una experiencia excelente.

Pleasant hotel and spotless

Clean rooms
Comfortable beds
Twin room is fine for a couple as beds are pushed together
Easy to get taxis using the app “bolt”
Allowed us to use pool if signed a waiver which was great

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and could be a bit more of a variety / change.

Pool dirty but then again it’s not officially opened yet so maybe why. Not a big deal as short stay for us

Staying on the outskirts of Toledo
Pros:

We liked the views from the terrace. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

We weren't impressed by the evening menu which didn't seem good value.

Cerca de Puy de fou, muy buen hotel con parking. Estancia estupenda
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta con una muy buena vista de Toledo y parking exterior gratuito
Terraza/bar con esa misma vista techada y Servicio de comida/cena allí. Probamos bastantes platos y en general todos estaban muy ricos. Un día llegamos tarde por la noche y encargamos antes de irnos unas raciones que nos subimos a la habitación. Personal muy amable

Quizás algo de personal más para atender la terraza

Vi tycker att frukosten sänkte vårt omdöme rejält.

Cons:

För lite variation av bröd, några av de övriga produkterna var inte genomtänkta eller närproducerade. De kunde satsa mera på det, men tanke på att hotellet ligger på en privilegierad plats, har en rustik och storslagen spanskt
arkitektur.
