Lo mejor la ubicación q era muy tranquila y muy cerca de Toledo capital, la habitación muy confortable y espaciosa y muy limpia, colchón muy cómodo,con balcón y mesita muy práctico

Cons:

No incluimos desayuno en la reserva y la persona de recepción de la cafetería un poco desagradable..no nos explicó bien y fue incómodo

la ubicación lo mejor del hotel

Cons:

El desayuno deja mucho que desear, ni siquiera hay variedad de alimentos, por no haber no había ni pan para hacerse una tostada... en fin muy caro para lo poco que ofrecía. Decían que era un desayuno de autor y nada mas lejos de la realidad.

El aparcamiento

Cons:

A la habitación le faltaban algunos elementos básicos, la nevera estaba vacía, no tenía cafetera, los cristales sucios de meses sin limpiar.
En el desayuno nos sacaron las tortillas quemadas en lugar de tíralas y hacernos una nuevas por lo que nos fuimos sin desayunar porque nos generó desconfianza.

Lo nuevo y limpio que estaba

Cons:

El desayuno y el ruido que se oía en la habitación ya que estaba justo encima de las máquinas de café del comedor del desayuno.

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel where you can enjoy a view of Toledo from the backyard. The room was very clean with all facilities well maintained. At check-in, Lucia’s angelic smile and kindness left a lasting impression, and Cristian was also very friendly in the morning. I would definitely love to stay here again next time.

Pros:

La limpieza del hotel, sus instalaciones, la ubicación, tranquilidad.

Cons:

Creo que falta personal. Muy agradable el personal pero faltaba especialmente en el restaurante.
