Pros:

Funcionários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Localização ótima mas ainda bem que reservei o estacionamento pq não há lugares para estacionar por perto. Café da manhã ótimo. Limpeza ótima.

Cons:

O único apontamento seria melhorar a capacidade do ar condicionado. Estava muito calor e parecia que o ar condicionado não resfriava o quarto o suficiente. Mas não é uma reclamação. Apenas uma sugestão de melhoria.

Bra läge mot gamla stan och garage
Pros:

Det låg bra till i stan. Nära gamla kvarteren och vi hade tur att få garageplats. Rummet var bra och hade AC (som tur var då det var 39° i slutet av maj). Mycket trevlig personal som kom med goda tips.

Pros:

Het is een uitstekend hotel op een prima locatie. Loopafstand van het centrum. Ruime kamer, fijn bed. Parkeergarage ( 1.90m) onder het hotel. Heel attent en vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt.

Excelente hotel muy céntrico
Pros:

El personal es muy amable y las habitaciones limpias. Todo fue muy agradable y el hotel está en una zona muy céntrica, cerca de Paseo Cánovas, hay restaurantes y tiendas muy cerca y se puede llegar rápidamente al casco antiguo de la ciudad.

relajación y tranquilidad
Pros:

Aunque dispone de aparcamiento no necesitamos de su uso, pero es bueno por si hay dificultades para aparcar en proximidad. Desayuno muy correcto, diferentes tipos de leche y bollería variada.

Cons:

No había nevera en la habitación, pero sí en recepción con agua fresca y a un precio asequible. No nos pareció no obstante un gran inconveniente.

La limpieza y la ubicación.

Cons:

No me gustó el trato del recepcionista. La reserva la hice yo, yo le pagué la estancia cuando llegamos, y la factura la hizo a nombre de mi marido. Me pregunto porqué??
Acaso no se puede facturar a nombre de una mujer??
En pleno siglo XXI, en España, esto me parece humillante. No le dije nada al recepcionista porque no me di cuenta del detalle hasta que salimos del hotel, no me había percatado de este detalle.
Pongo una queja por esto.
