Habitación 106.
No había aire acondicionado, es aire (fan) sin activarse el frío, es decir, mueve aire.
Se pasoʻ excesivo calor.
Llegamos a las 17:00 con un niño de 7 años y era infernal. Nos dimos en 4 horas 3 duchas, en un escenario de 42 grados en Cáceres y en la habitación de 30 a 33 grados.
Las lámparas del cabecero tenían telas de araña tapando completamente las tulipas del iluminado, que es muy anticuado.
El enchufe de la pared está en serie con la luz, por lo que si apagas la luz deja de funcionar....cargadores out sin luz en la habitación.
El suelo, estaba lleno de polvo y se pegaban las chanclas.
Absolutamente vergonzoso la limpieza y las calidades.
Anuncian aire acondicionado y no es asì.
Por ùltimo, no tienen escobillas de WC, por lo que si eres educado, tendrás que limpiar el interior del retrete con papel y tu mano, siendo antihigiénico.
Se procede al llegar a mi destino a interponer reclamación legal.
El desayuno incluido, visto el estado de la habitación, omitimos comer alimento alguno.

Pros:

La habitación bastante bien de tamaño, hemos estado 3 noches. Camas cómodas, pero almohadas mejorables. El baño muy bien, todo lo necesario, la ducha muy bien de presión. Muy limpio todo. Aire acondicionado funcionando bien, muy necesario para los días que hemos estado. Se puede aparcar en las calles cercanas al hotel, sin tener que pagar, a tener en cuenta para bien. Muy cerca de los lugares de interés de la ciudad, 15 minutos a pie. El desayuno incluido bastante bien también. Sin echar nada en falta.

Cons:

Los muebles y el mobiliario tienen unos años, pero eso se ve cuando haces la reserva. Es lo que hay. La estancia hubiera sido perfecta si no hubiera sido por el gilipollas que llegó nuestra última noche a la habitación 201, el polaco, quien básicamente al encontrarse a mi pareja en la puerta fumando, se dedicó a agredirla sexualmente de manera verbal con sus comentarios y su actitud hacia ella. No fue denunciado sólo porque nos quedaba una noche aún allí.
