Stay away!
Pros:

Nothing!

Cons:

They are scammers, when we landed midnight, despite the verbal confirmation with manager, they cancelled our booking and allotted room to someone else. We were left without a room at 1 at night. Pathetic staff behavior too!

We were allotted room 213 which was a suit room and more expensive then the normal rooms.
The Room that was allotted to us was very bad.There was no ventilation at all It was very suffocated we fell sick within few hours of checkin due to lack of ventilation and suffocation. Next morning we complaint about it to hotel staff but it was too late as we were already sick and coughing.

I don't want to recommend anyone to stay in a hotel like this.
They charged 900 rupees to drop us to international airport from hotel. By Uber it was showing around 400 rupees.
Its a complete rip off from the guests who are already paying to stay in the hotel.

It was not a good experience staying in this hotel.

Pros:

For a few quid more than the usual places I stayed in India there was a significant jump in quality complementary snacks etc

Pros:

The hotel is good

Cons:

But your booking.com system is not good.
I managed to booking the room via booking com but once at the hotel counter, staff saying no rooms for today and ask me to cancel. It's really sucks.

What hell is this ??? I attached with the my booking confirmation which is not valid at the hotel...such a nonsense.
