The property was close to the all activities, lots of restaurants! The chef in the kitchen was amazing woman, she brought positive energy for the whole day, I felt treated like at home! Big plus for this atmosphere! We had a great time!
The sink in the bathroom did not suck the water, but we could live with that

It was our first time staying at this hotel, and we were a bit skeptical at first because the price was slightly lower than that of the surrounding hotels. However, our expectations were exceeded.
The location is excellent—one of the best in Istanbul. The hotel is literally just 150–200 meters from both the tram stop and the Vezneciler metro station, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel deserves the highest praise. Everything was very clean and well maintained. What impressed us the most, however, was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the receptionists to the hotel manager, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful.
We would especially like to thank the wonderful dear lady in the kitchen, who always welcomed us with a warm smile and happily fulfilled all of our requests. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Cheap and central with everything you need around including grand bazaar and tram station.
Room was clean and spacious.
We booked a deluxe room with balcony and first we got a room without window. When we refused it we were given a different room than the one we booked with a closed balcony(not like in photo) and no table and chairs.
I understand it was cheap but it’s misleading.
Breakfast wasn’t good, they were serving 2 egg omlette for 10 people to share and there was never any. We also found hair in a cake.
