Улучшите питание и хотя бы выносите мусор из номера.
Pros:

Приехали в отель рано утром. Дали отдохнуть в номере эконом, затем заселили в хороший номер. Кровати удобные,белье постельное чистое. Очень понравились сотрудники на рецепшен. Хорошие, добрые, отзывчивые ребята. Вай фай отличный. Это радовало. Было много работы по интернету.

Cons:

В номерах не убирались и не выносили мусор все 4 дня, не меняли полотенца и не приносили туалетную бумагу. Пришлось самой брать полотенца и бумагу. Самое ужасное-это завтрак. Он не просто скромный. Он никакой. Омлет приходилось выпрашивать. Ела булки с джемом, медом и чай. Я 4 раз в отеле и вспоминаю что такого не было иначе бы я не поехала в этот отель.

Location is very near to Metro, Tram and good food.

Staff can't understand even a single word of English while Hotel is claiming an international Hotel.

No water in bathroom, The next day, when the water came into the bathroom, there was no way to drain the water.

No cleaning in 3 days.

Location is very good, near the centar, it is peacefull and very practical🙂

Cons:

Please replace the towels—they are old, worn out, and yellow. A little investment wouldn’t hurt, and the bed linen should also be updated. The kettle is no longer usable. More attention should be paid to cleanliness. Otherwise, everything else is fine. The breakfast is satisfactory, and the kitchen staff are kind and helpful.
