We left immediately. When I called booking to complain about this place and owner the owner replied to booking with this huge lie claiming I was “yelling” at his staff” and it looks like I was going to hit her. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We left and filed a police report. The police told him his is a common scam they do. DONT BOOK

欺骗，服务最差，最吵闹的酒店没有之一，有史以来最差的体验。下面我会一一分析：
This hotel is the worst and most deceptive hotel I have ever booked on booking.com.
Deception, the worst service, the noisiest hotel, the worst experience ever. I will analyze them one by one below:
1、欺诈型定价，当你以价格排名搜索时会看到它设施不错价格很低，评分不错，实际上这一切都是假的，当你开始预定一切都很便宜，但是等到支付页面你会看到“可能会有额外收费”，正常情况旅游税和 10-15%的服务费是可以接受的，但是等最后支付阶段，他们使用最小的文字最不显眼的地方标准了很多不可思议的收费，包括：64RM/晚服务费，38RM/晚清洁费，9RM的床单费，54RM/6晚的“其他”，支付很快完成 ，然后等发现支付很多金额之后它显示不可以退款。是的，他们就是以如此无耻的态度获得订单。欺诈、诱导、不可撤销！
2、一整天和深夜超高分贝的噪音：这个地方靠近火车站，也靠近高速公路，一整天都有可怕的噪音，在深夜有很多人骑摩托车发出轰轰隆隆的声音，无法入睡。房主和工作人员并不就此进行处理，他们只会推脱是外部噪音，玻璃几乎没隔音。
3、区域偏僻、周边只有几个可怜的小店，离市区很远，可以买到的食物有限。这就是这个老板为什么使用欺诈型的价格条件和诱导性的预定查看获得订房的根本原因。远离！
4、如果在厨房的桌子边吃任何甜的水果面包等，碎屑会吸来密密麻麻的白蚁，
5、没有任何服务提供清洁的服务，但是收取很多服务费
6、霸王条款，绝对拒绝退费，如果你预定完了或者你入住了，糟糕的体验你需要更换或者退费，房主会不理睬你的请求并推给booking平台，并拒绝退费和处理你的任何问题，在一个居民区，
7、请所有人看到评论后，立刻远离这家欺诈型的店，
8、当你退房后，房主会在你还不知情的情况下默认了你给予极好的评价，甚至是在午夜，可是那个时间我已经睡了，直到我发现了并通过booking投诉，才获得这次评论的机会

House identification process

The taxi driver from the airport to this location was one of the most rude, incompetent, unprofessional, exploitative, & opportunistic people I have ever come across! Firstly he drove us to the WRONG hotel & left us there. This is AFTER I put in the address for him into his GPS. I don't know why he didn't know where to drop us in advance. When we called him, we had to beg him to take us to the proper location. He eventually did but the owners gave us no instruction in how to get into the condo & the guards would not let us in unless we had the proper info which was not provided to us in advance (block #, floor #, and unit #). It didn't help that they didn't speak English. As a result of this, the driver told us to get out of his car despite the fact that we were traveling & in a foreign country with 3 suitcases & 2 children - including a 2-month old!! He then demanded I give him DOUBLE pay for having to pick us up from the wrong hotel that HE dropped us at. I flat out refused. Eventually we were able to get in after the owner finally responded with the info the guards requested. However, once we got to the N block, we had no way of getting in!!! We were stuck outside with our luggage & crying children & when we called the guards on the intercom system they hung up on us because they didn't speak English!!! Eventually we asked one of the residents who was entering if we could enter with him (despite this being not allowed according to the signage). The owners of the unit gave us no prior instruction of how to get into the unit and the access card was INSIDE the room we were staying at!!! How in the world did they expect us to get in if the access card is INSIDE the unit??!!? The story doesn't end there. When we got finally got inside exhausted after our travels and ordeal with the driver and condo, we found another man inside the house we were supposed to be staying at!!!

Beim Einchecken stellte sich heraus, dass es sich nicht um eine Wohnung handelte, sondern nur um ein Zimmer mit Dusche. Es stellte sich außerdem heraus, dass eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die tägliche Reinigung anfiel – ein Betrag, der den Zimmerpreis überstieg. Und von Sauberkeit konnte keine Rede sein: Überall Haare, klebriger Schmutz in den Ecken, die Bettwäsche fettig, stinkend und ausgewaschen, die Böden und Wände schmutzig, seit Langem ungewaschen und ungestrichen, und die Gemeinschaftstoilette im Erdgeschoss war sauberer als die im Zimmer. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war so dreckig, dass man weder die Schranktüren noch die Kochfläche anfassen konnte… Und trotzdem behauptete die Person beim Check-in, die Reinigung sei erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft erfolgt… Frechheit!
