Off beat location
Pros:

Sahid & Ayaan were very courteous,supportive and prompt.
Cook ,Manjoor was good and prepared food well but it doesn't suit our tastebuds much.
There was no TV in the room.
Bum shower was non functional.
It's offbeat location in a small village Mohiyan very near to Tangmarg.

Amazing Staff, delicious fresh kashmiri food, great location, very clean
Pros:

Convenient location, easy access to Gulmarg, Craft shops, Srinagar road.
Very neat and clean, heated beds, exceptional staff, very humble and attentive. Special mention of Owasis, he is very professional and proactive.
The best thing is freshly cooked food by the amazing inhouse Chef.
Very reasonable and value for money.
We stayed as a family with three kids for two nights.

All in all excellent stay
Pros:

The staff are very accommodating and helpful especially Owais and Ayaz. Chef manzoor also serve good food with an affordable price. Their home grown apples are delicious and the kashmiri tea is exceptional. We wish to stretch our stay there but because of our busy schedule we are not able to. We hope that we come back there as a family.

Great hotel in Tangmarg neighbourhood
Pros:

A nice home stay/ hotel in Tangmarg. It’s great for families to stay and go on trips like Gulmarg and Drung waterfalls.

Please note that the cabs that you book elsewhere won’t take you to Gulmarg, you have to take local cars (snow chained) to go to Gulmarg.

Cons:

Location is slightly off the road, hence it’s difficult to walk during night time .

Had a very cozy and comfortable stay at this property. Property was very beautiful and aesthetic. Owners were very welcoming and polite, and made sure for our every needs. The apple garden is beautiful and you can taste them as you like. Highly recommended when visiting Gulmarg.
