Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that housekeeping service is only offered for stays of more than 7 nights. You can request daily housekeeping service at an extra charge.

The maximum vehicle height for parking at this property is 77 in. Taller vehicles cannot park here.

Incidental deposit is payable on the arrival date. ONLY Visa or Master card are accepted.

Meridian Tower strongly recommend all guests obtain travel insurance while traveling in Australia for any unforseen circumstance

All our apartments are fully self-contained; however, we have provided you with a complimentary starter pack of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, dishwashing tablets and liquid, dish cloth, scourer pad, tea, coffee, sugar, milk. If you require additional supply, the nearest supermarket is Woolworths at the Strand Shopping mall Coolangatta; or 7-11 is on the next two blocks (Douglas street). Beach towel can be hired at $5 per towel.

Pool will be under renovation from Monday 28 April 2025 until 13 June 2025.

Painting of external building will commence 26th April 2025.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great view and great location
Pros:

The ocean view rooms have excellent views, location is fantastic- really close to restaurants and cafes and just across the road from the beach. There is a bus stop about 50 metres away with buses to Coolangatta and Robina. The staff are absolutely wonderful and were always very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We've previously stayed in rooms which look straight out onto the beach. They get the morning sun but that is so much better than the afternoon sun. We had to go out in the afternoons because it was so hot and uncomfortable in the living area of our unit and on the balcony. (There is airconditioning in the bedrooms but only fans in the living area)

Best time I have had on a holiday, thoroughly enjoyable.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff support was amazing, Dee & Shirley were unbelievable in their efforts to make everyone have a great time with lots of smiles and conversations. Plenty of walking paths, cafe’s & restaurants, supermarket & shops nearby.

-Prior arranged cot wasn’t in bedroom, we had to rush our kids around after 2 hours in the car on a Saturday afternoon to buy a cot for our 4 month old to sleep in.
- tried to call the after hours number on the reception desk twice and no answer, also messaged them on booking.com with no answer, still no answer on Tuesday
-The room wasn’t clean, hair everywhere from previous guests, sand all through the apt, ensuite toilet hadn’t been cleaned since last guest used it…
- the unit we stayed in was in such poor condition, showers were mouldy, fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, light in the kitchen didn’t work
- residents in the hotel are rude

Bed for child was not in room. It had to be retrieved from the gym room. Room not clean. No vacuum to keep carpet clean. Broken glassware. Fan not working in main bedroom. Placed on floor 1 where there was little privacy.
