Perfect base for a match day stay
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast as we had other plans but the bar prices were incredibly reasonable (£7.50 for a Guiness and a lager), the room was spacious and plenty of hot drink options provided. We travelled for a Liverpool game and the hotel is a few minutes walk away from Anfield. Don't be put off by the exterior!

Cons:

No real parking (first come first served on the central reservation opposite) and road closures on match days are a pain (but to be expected so no real gripes)

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Great location for football ground and Bootle music venues. Staff member was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Made us feel really welcome. Room felt safe and secure. Tea, coffee, biscuits and water were provided. Room was clean and comfy. Bathroom was modern and clean. Overall, an excellent hotel.

Clean modern apartment. Very chatty friendly staff. Great value for money if visiting Anfield. .

Buck up boys! Time to have the best Anfield experience
Pros:

There’s no place quite like it. The hotel and bar are run by really friendly, welcoming people. The room was cozy and clean and met all the needs one can possibly have when making the trip for a Liverpool game. The location is just perfect. We’ll be back!

Cons:

A pigeon sat down next to our window early in the morning and tried to cut our post-three-points-celebration-recovery short. But, well, birds will be birds, am I right? You gotta love these cheeky little fellas.
