Extremely dissatisfied. I request you to provide us the bill for the amount we paid.
Cons:

we stayed only one night as we could not stay there due to cleanliness , not approachable person in reception etc. But they did not provide me the invoice. We half of the total amount.

We need that to submit in our office.

Only the staff were helpful.

Cons:

I booked this place expecting a hotel stay as per the advertisement, but it turned out to be a wedding hall with a few rooms above it, definitely not a proper hotel. This is totally misleading the booking.
The rooms were filthy, even after the staff claimed they had been cleaned. I had to request a change of bedsheets, and even the "fresh" ones were still dirty.
The photos online do not reflect reality. The place looks nothing like the images posted. There was also no buffet breakfast as advertised.
This is not the place to stay if you're looking for a comfortable and clean hotel stay. It’s not worth the money and total disappointment experience.

Horror Hotel
Cons:

Pictures online are not accurate. No heat and gave small heater that could not heat a closet let alone a room. Hole in window in bathroom with a horrible smell of sewage that came into room. Room and bathroom dirty. Linens dirty with stains. Requested non smoking. Was told room was non smoking but had ashtrays and smelled of cigarettes horribly. Did not stay all night because of filth, cold and cigarette and sewage stench.
