Tutto fumo e niente arrosto
Pros:

Parcheggio sul retro dell'hotel, sempre disponibile. Camera ampia.aspetto esterno che poi si è rivelato solo apparenza.

Cons:

Lo staff scortese. Per avere un'asciugamani in più rispetto alla dotazione std, una tovaglia per doccia e basta, abbiamo dovuto parlare con il direttore che non capiva l'inglese.
La doccia, anche se di recente installazione, aveva il dolcino rotto da tenere in mano. Niente ascensore e fortunatamente camera al primo piano, ovviamente senza informazione chiara nella descrizione. Colazione servita in un ristorante con pane e marmellata e Stop. Lontano dal centro e senza servizi nelle vicinanze.

Esperienza autentica a Banja Luka
Pros:

Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccezionale. L’hotel è comodamente raggiungibile dalla strada principale. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. La colazione viene portata fresca al piatto e prevede pane, formaggio, salumi, succo di mela, burro, marmellata, yogurt da bere. Personale gentile.

Cons:

L’odore di fumo nelle aree comuni. Il personale conosceva poco la lingua inglese.

Leuk verblijf op doortocht door Bosnië
Pros:

We konden veel vroeger inchecken dan voorzien.
Personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Goede airco op de kamer wat wel nodig was met warme weer.

Zelo prijazno osebje, urejena in čista soba. Urejeno parkirišče za hotelom, lahko dostopno, tik pred centrom. Do mesta je 10-15min peš, top lokacija!

Walking distance from the center and possibility of parking the car. The room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast is simple and consists of bread with ham or jam and yogurt, so it could be more varied. I must say, however, that when I communicated I was gluten intolerant, they cooked eggs for me, and the staff was very kind in accommodating my needs.

Pros:

Het waren ruime kamers en fijne bedden. De airco werkte goed. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Cons:

De douche was niet super. Het water liep niet goed weg.
