Zajtrkovalnica in osebje.

Cons:

Spodaj je bar, v katerem se kadi. Ker so vrata na stopnišče hotela odprta, je cigaretni dim čutiti v sobah, čeprav so sobe za nekadilce.

Hotel com problema de operação, gestão e limpeza. Precisa melhorar bastante pra ser considerado 4 estrelas.

Café da manhã muito bom e os dois funcionários que tivemos contato foram solícitos e atenciosos.

Cons:

A TV não funcionou. Não encontramos uma segunda toalha de banho. O ralo do chuveiro tinha problema de escoamento, fazendo com que acumulasse água e transbordasse. O hotel é classificado no booking como 4 estrelas mas verdadeiramente é um hotel 3 estrelas. E a limpeza do quarto não estava boa.

La struttura esternamente si presenta bene e la posizione è strategica per visitare il centro città, comodo parcheggio proprio dietro l'hotel

Cons:

La camera era sporca, in bagno c'era ancora la spazzatura di chi ha alloggiato prima di noi, i pavimenti e la finestra erano pieni di polvere, un asciugamano presentava un grosso buco, la testata del letto in velluto e il divano avevano macchie, l'odore di fogna che arrivava dal bagno era davvero molto forte pur tenendo la porta chiusa invadeva la stanza, in generale l'ambiente era trascurato.
Il servizio della colazione molto lento, ci ha proposto qualche opzione, non aspettatevi la colazione a buffet.

Při příjezdu se nám nikdo nevěnoval,recepční neovládala anglický jazyk.Na pokoji byly úzké postele, ovladač od klimatizace jsem si musel vyžádat.
