The mushroom soup was gross and i wish you cou revisit the recipe and upgrade it.
Although the property could use some modernisation it was very clean and the staff were going above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

The bathrooms were dated, but at no fault of the staff. They were still very clean. The shower only had cold water so we used the bath tub which had hot water so it was fine in the end. There was also miscommunication among the staff on if there was a buffet or al carte menu on one of the days. Then the menu had items unavailable which was annoying. I would recommend having menu books with inter-changeable sheets of paper for the menu and that these are printed before dinner with the most up to date drinks and food. Lastly all the staff seemed robotic and greeting me with “refreshing morning ma’am” or “refreshing afternoon” or “refreshing day” it was endearing at the beginning but it just became a lot. I hope the company doesn’t force them to say it.
The beautiful gardens and view but most of all the staff were exceptionally friendly and professional and nothing was too much trouble for them
