A parede q divide os quartos são de um material muito fino , da pra escutar o q os vizinhos conversam. Tivemos um vizinho q recebeu visitas , então imagina . Só dormimos depois da reunião dos bonitos .

O fato de dar nota 9 e não 10 foi pelo estacionamento não ser coberto e ficar aberto de noite. Acho que gera uma certa insegurança com relação ao carro.
