Staff was good and polite. Good location.
My expectations for The Fern were too high I suppose. Though the property is situated in a good location and it looked really attractive from outside, my experience inside was not the same. You can tell that the place needed some renovation. I felt like I was in a 3.5 stars hotel.
We stayed only for a night but after a long trip, all you need is a nice and cozy place, I can't say I was satisfied. The bathroom wasn't clean, the sink was smelling. They left like 15 folded beds in the alley alley. Breakfast quality was not at the level with what we paid.
Very friendly staff from reception managers to restaurant staff. High hospitality rate equal to European. And - good coffee in resto.

An excellent hotel with the service to match. An extremely well motivated & courteous staff who go out of their way to make the guest feel at home. Truly a home away from home. My compliments 3 the management for running such a tight ship!

Property was very poor value for money. It was old and could not say that it was proper clean. Only location was good part
Very good location. Not too far from the temple, Auto rickshaws were available easily. Nice clean room. Very helpful staff.
AC control. We had to get front desk to turn it on.
Breakfast for mediocre. Limited menu and taste was not very good. Some items were stale.
Cleanliness and security standards were pathetic. Very unclean and unkempt bathrooms. The upholstery in the dinning area was unclean and stained.

Lack of responsiveness . No one was around at front desk around 7:30am when we landed to check-in . Delay in allotment of rooms when an early checkin was requested one week in advance
Staff was courteous. Room size was good.
Bed linens, towels and quilt was not upto the mark- looked like they weren’t changed in a long time. Breakfast was decent at best. There was water leaking from the wash basin which wasn’t worked on after we mentioned it to the front desk. Room lights were depressing.
