I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had already made a confirmed booking through Booking.com, but upon arrival, the hotel manager canceled my booking without any valid reason and forced me to take the room at a higher “premium” price.
I had no choice but to agree because the hotel was located deep inside the city, and due to heavy Mumbai traffic, finding another option at that time was extremely difficult.
On top of that, I did not receive any refund for my original booking. The situation got even worse when I entered the room — there were multiple rats inside the ceiling, which was completely unacceptable and disturbing.
Overall, this was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Cons:

Very very conjusted, horrible..no soaps, no proper cleaned towels.. illegal built-in staircase case. You can't climb up using this staircase.. no drinking water..
If you give same price in another currency in other country, you will get very good room
