Pros:

Staff was good and clear about the property issues and they show you the room and ask for confirmation with all the issues before check-in.

Cons:

This property is far far away from what images are displayed. It's completely rubbish property. I just wanted to use for 4 hours of layover between my train journey so I managed as single male. Definitely not recommended for Family or single women. It's shabby Property.
Now coming to my room - 1 main door lock was broken so you can't lock room from outside and go. Only latch lock works from inside. 2 bathroom door didn't have a handle and it was fixed with a cloth to push and pull. 3 Linen was the worst ever seen you can't even step to sleep in. 4 rats moving around in the rooms. Overall I had to adjust just for the sake of my layover.
Booking.com shouldn't get these kind of property on their side. I switched from Oyo properties for the same reason.
Booking.com charged me 1407/- for this which I felt was worth from images.

Pros:

While the room itself was good and well-maintained, except cleanliness issue and some insects inside room. But the management/staff behavior ruined the experience. I faced a major issue with dishonest billing at checkout. They quoted a specific rate at check-in, but upon leaving, the manager lied and demanded a higher amount, claiming they had told me that price originally. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive business practice. Avoid if you want a stress-free stay.
