Pros:

Close to the jetty if you arrive from Singapur with the ferry, laundry service takes a day

Cons:

The room in general, the bedsheets and the bathroom were quite dirty. The shower is directly under the toilet seat and wouldn't stop dripping, so you always are involuntarily taking a shower while going to the toilet. No clean space to put anything down, the sink has no drain pipe, everything lands directly on the floor. A light in front of the room was always on and made the room very bright, even at night.
