Minha experiência no hotel deixou muito a desejar. A limpeza não estava adequada, as instalações são antigas e o ambiente oferece pouco conforto. A cama era extremamente desconfortável, o que prejudicou a qualidade do descanso. Também não gostei da localização, pois a região me pareceu pouco agradável e não transmitiu sensação de segurança.

Como ponto positivo, destaco os funcionários, que foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e sempre buscaram atender às nossas solicitações. No entanto, o hotel necessita de melhorias significativas na limpeza, na conservação das instalações e no conforto oferecido aos hóspedes.
