The hotel last year more butter than this year
Pros:

Value was good. parking free

Cons:

Bed was shaking and very late response to fixed it. I asked the reception for an extra blanket. I received it after a long time.

The most horrible experience....communication is 0 between booking and hotel, reception staff needed an upgrade of their communication skills not a pleasant way of talking, 4 star hotel no sleepers (just wow) , the room are extremely cold they put thermostat in room.only for facade because it doesn’t work you should call reception to adjust the room temperature and.still.they do for a 30 minute then they put on 19...u can't take your hands out of blanket, staff in restaurant just unprofessional they don't have the training and skills to be 4 star hotel restaurant staff definitely.....overall never ever i will book this hotel or recomend to anyone
