スタッフは良い。施設が良くない。
Pros:

隣の部屋の人が夜中に奇声を上げて壁を叩いて眠れなかったのでフロントに相談したらすぐに違う部屋に変えてくれた。

Cons:

壁が薄いと感じる。　東京のダイワロイネットを利用する事が多かったので同じクオリティーを期待してしまった。

Perfectly servicable business hotel in Tokushima
Pros:

The hotel staff were very accomodating for us when we checked in helping with our bikes. The room was comfy and clean, and the hotel was near plenty of restaurants. Pretty good for a chain business hotel.

Cons:

The beds were a touch hard for our taste, and the breakfast buffet was fine but nothing spectacular. Nothing major was wrong with our stay.

This hotel is the perfect choice for all the comforts & conveniences.
Pros:

I’m a Henro. I stayed for ten days to complete T1-20. On-line. The hotel seemed like a wise idea. I could not have imagined just HOW perfect it is. From the 7/11 right on ground level w access from building foyer, buses & trains RIGHT THERE, shops, restaurants, Daiso. When I had time I enjoyed the fabulous breakfasts. The Beatles music & staff are delightful. Hotel staff could not have been more gracious & helpful to me. Oh, and the hotel & my room was completely soundproof. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Cons:

I cannot think of one things.
