No orange oe other juice although staff was rem8nded - for 5 days only watermelon juice wirh 8nfo - all other juices are out od stock

My favorite place to stay in Nairobi
Pros:

Huge, comfortable apartment with everything you need. The attached mall is small, but the grocery store is 24 hours and there are several good restaurants if you don't want to leave the property. Staff are friendly and helpful, and most sites you would want to visit are nearby.

Cons:

The pool isn't heated, and that's about the worst I can come up with.

Geweldig verblijf
Pros:

Pan Pacific is a very nice served suite appartement complex with all facilities you need.
Personally I like the spa and the Gym, especially one person KEMUNTO FAIT She gives personal trainings and her Stretch is amazing 🤩 Thank you Faith see you next time ☺️lovely greetings John

Classy hotel with all amenities. But arrangements for paid breakfast was not forthcoming
Pros:

Modern and has everything you need. Staff was attentive. Good location. You don't need to leave the hotel as everything is in the hotel. It has a mall with 24 hour Carrefour for groceries. Security snd staff was very helpful

Cons:

The airline had changed my flight. So I couldn't have the breakfast I had paid for . I suggested a supper instead .they said no,without a alternative. I thensuggested a packed breakfast before I leave. They agreed. When we received the breakfast it was 2 apples a few grapes and berries.And a roll and croissant and a other pastries. It was not fresh. No wate or juice .I was disappointed, but had left for the airport already. It was myfamily and I. I would have expected a better packed breakfast for the price we paid. I would also have expected the hotel to make a suggestion rather than me having to ask. This is a 5star and not cheap hotel.
