Very family friendly and great for snow fun!
Pros:

Amazing location for family fun snow days. Caters to Japanese families, very family friendly with kids comfort in mind.

Cons:

Didn't know we had to book in advance for the breakfast buffet. The hotel is huge so breakfast was booked out for our entire stay - which was part of the reason we chose this hotel :( Snow lift machine was confusing and doesn’t offer refunds so accidentally spent a lot more than intended!
