Airport Transfer Information:

From Terminal 5, use bus 423; from Terminals 2 and 3, use bus U3 (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in Terminals 2 and 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge, and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Center, which is located opposite the hotel.

Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at the roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4; the hotel is one mile on the left.

From the M4, exit Junction 5 and follow signs for Hounslow and Central London. The hotel is 2 miles on the left-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

From Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the hotel is just 5 minutes away. Driving out from the terminals, follow signs for the A4; after exiting the airport tunnel, turn left and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath Road. The hotel is located 200 yards up the road on the right-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

The hotel offers unlimited complimentary internet access for guests (512 Kbps), and there is a 2 MB connection available at an additional charge.

All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night. This amount will be held for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

Credit card pre-authorization : As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorize your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorization declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Kindly note that the car parking height is 6.2 feet.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A great place for a short stay.
Pros:

Very professional and pleasant reception staff. Very nice and comfortable room. The staff in the restaurant were particularly attentive and I must command the waitress named Pooja who was extremely pleasant and efficient; she looked after me really well.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit too hard to my liking so didn’t sleep so well; the shower knobs will remain a mystery to me.
I felt the constant music was just a rad too loud throughout the common areas on the ground floor.

Fantastic staff
Pros:

I was left stranded after a cancelled flight, so the overall day was extremely stressful. However, the staff at the airport were fantastic, the bed was comfortable, and the food/drink facilities were just what was needed.

Cons:

The shuttle bus back to the airport is more expensive than a taxi, so there's not a great incentive to be more environmentally friendly with the travel.

Good option if you have an early flight
Pros:

Serving staff at the restaurant especially Lakmal (from Sri Lanka) and Elyssa (From Portugal). The room was good with plenty of storage space. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Quality of food was OK but no more. Air conditioning was difficult to control and in the end we turned it off.

Proximity to airport was great but cleanliness could be improved

Proximity to airport, sheets were soft, bed pretty comfortable

Cons:

Pillow case & sheets had stains on them and didn’t smell very fresh, but staff were happy to bring a new pillow case when I asked
