Airport Transfer Information:

From Terminal 5, use bus 423; from Terminals 2 and 3, use bus U3 (stand 18 at Heathrow Central Bus Station). If you arrive at Terminal 4, transfer to the Central Bus Station (in Terminals 2 and 3) via the Heathrow Express free of charge, and use bus U3, as detailed above. The bus stop for the hotel from the Central Bus Station is the third stop and is called Compass Center, which is located opposite the hotel.

Leave the M25 at Junction 14, follow signs for Terminal 4 and Cargo, turn left at the roundabout onto the A3044 towards Longford. Go straight at the roundabout and turn right at the next traffic lights onto the A4; the hotel is one mile on the left.

From the M4, exit Junction 5 and follow signs for Hounslow and Central London. The hotel is 2 miles on the left-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

From Terminals 1, 2, and 3, the hotel is just 5 minutes away. Driving out from the terminals, follow signs for the A4; after exiting the airport tunnel, turn left and proceed to the roundabout. Take the third exit left and turn immediately left again onto the A4/Bath Road. The hotel is located 200 yards up the road on the right-hand side of the A4/Bath Road.

The hotel offers unlimited complimentary internet access for guests (512 Kbps), and there is a 2 MB connection available at an additional charge.

All guests checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check-in for a pre-authorization of GBP 50 per night. This amount will be held for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.

Credit card pre-authorization : As per standard procedure, to check the validity of your credit card and guarantee your booking, the hotel reserves the right to authorize your card and hold an amount equal to the first night of your stay 24 hours prior to arrival. In the event that the card is invalid or the card authorization declines, the hotel may cancel your booking after following Booking.com procedures to contact you.

Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

Great stay for an early morning flight
Pros:

Lovely staff, super clean room and very close to the airport ~10 minutes with the bus.

Cons:

Drains seemed to be in need of a bit of cleaning, the sink and shower were not draining the water well and were making quite a lot of sound.

The Resturant staff were particularly efficient, my waiters name was Francis he was very helpful and friendly.

I had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

My room was quiet. The rooms and bathroom and toilet was clean.

Cons:

They don’t provide extras like lotion, shower cap e.t.c in the bathroom.

Good hotel but staff needs to be more fluent in English
Pros:

location, large comfortable bed

Cons:

there wasn´t a single native speaker in the staff. Each of them had a strong accent, Indian, Japanese, you name it. For somebody who´s mother tongue isn´t English, this is very cumbersome

Pros:

Mine was a very quick visit, arrived late at night, and left before 9am the next day. Very close to LHR with quiet rooms. It was easy to access the hotel using the U3 bus (in the end using the regular bus was a better and faster option than the Hotel Hoppa). There's a bus stop right outside the front door.

Cons:

Views to the runways weren't as good as I was hoping (room 439), perhaps further towards the end of the corridor might be better.

I wanted a break in flying and found
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Very helpful and kind and went out of their way to be of service. I liked the restaurant, the room, & ease of getting back to airline the next day.

Cons:

Maybe more vegan choices. Would have walked to a nearby pub but didn't see sidewalks? Maybe a map of immediate area with suggestions for mild excursions and how to get their; tours, eating, any mild shopping? local community crafts?
