Unit itself relatively clean, though would have been better if there was bathroom mat.
Misrepresentation on availability of parking space - listing said (1) no need to reserve, making it appear that there was ample availability, when in reality, parking space was scarce; and (2) that parking free, when in reality, there was overnight fee to pay on a daily basis.

Okay yung place so far , tahimik , malinis may generator din and mababait kausap ang mga guard.
Kaso ang nagpa worst sa experience namin dito ay yung owner or host ng unit ba ang tawag nila don.
Ang nakalagay sa description ng unit na inavail namin "fully equipped kitchenette" so expect namin kumpleto pag dating namin sa unit walang stove , mag sstay kami ng 4nights ayaw namin kumain ng puro order bukod sa mahal hndi pa healthy dahil may 2kids kami need namin mag luto ng may sabaw or gulay.
Nag tanong ako sa guard sabi kontakin daw ang host ng unit 432 edi hiningi ko # sakanya. Hindi naman ma contact , minsan na lang mag reply napaka tagal pa. Napaka unresponsive ng owner unit ng 432 grabe .
Nakalagay pa sa note nila "maintain cleanliness" pero miski WALIS AT DUSTPAN wala sa room . Natapos nalang ung 4nights namin wala pa rin reply yung owner ng unit. Npaka walang kwenta nio sa totoo lang , yung ibang nag ccheckin dun may nag aassist sakanila samin miski isa wala . Sobrang wala kang kwenta if mabasa mo to. Puro unhealthy foods kinain ng anak ko ng 4nights bwisit ka.
Wag kayo magbobook jan sa unit 432 or unit owner Maria angela daw walang kwenta yan d marunong mag accomodate ng nagbook sa unit niya. FIRST TIME KO MAGBOOK SA BOOKING.COM ETO NA RIN UNG LAST .

My stay in the condo was pleasant. I especially liked its location, as it offered beautiful view.
Although the location was nice, i felt uneasy during our stay because Baguio experienced an earthquake.

Very moldy, but otherwise in a nice location.
This place is close to the business center. It has security guards so it's safe. The owner has provided kitchen utensils. She is responsive when I call or text her. Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Although this was resolved after speaking with the owner, free parking on site is outside the hotel. I suggest to put ac in the room because it's still warm especially summer. Also, there was cabinet or even a small cupboard where we can put our clothes.
