Comfortable stay, convenient location
Pros:

Very convenient location just across the road from Skytree with its associated shopping and public transport. Also a good choice if you need to get to the airport for a morning flight: 2-3 min walk and you're on the platform where you can get an inexpensive Keisei AccessExpress service that will get you to Narita in about 60 min.
Room was comfortable, with great view of Skytree.
Breakfast options were a bit limited, eg no fresh fruit or cereal, although the tempura was very good.

Pros:

場所が良かったので、見学中の荷物を預けられた。
スタッフの応対が大変気持ちが良かった。

Excellent location, very comfortable and nice hotel!
Pros:

Excellent location. The hotel is just a 1–2 minute walk from subway and train stations.
Access from JR Tokyo Station is convenient (two transfers). Getting to Haneda Airport is especially easy—by using the Toei Asakusa Line (or Keisei Line) and the Keikyu Line, you can travel directly from Oshiage Station to Haneda Airport without changing trains.
The Tokyo Metro also makes it easy to explore many parts of the city.

Nice hotel but…
Pros:

The room was very spacious. The view of the skytree was right in front of our room which was very good to see specially at night. The the train station is right beside the hotel which makes it a lot convenient for travellers.

Cons:

There are two things that we did not like about our room. First there was a “strong sweaty odor” lingering inside the room as soon as we entered. Eventhough we sprayed a lot of air mist, still the oder won’t go. We thought at first it was coming from the aircondition filter but during our stay we did not use the aircondition because I easily catches colds from it. Second, there was no cabinet to put our things and not even a little wardrobe to hang clothes. It’s just a shame the room was too spacious but lacking of amenities.

Perfektes Hotel für mehrtägige Tokio-Aufenthalte
Pros:

Ich kenne die Richmond-Hotelkette nun schon seit fast zehn Jahren und sie hat mich noch nie enttäuscht. Unweit des Tokyo Skytrees (inklusive sehenswertem Einkaufszentrum Tokyo Solamachi) befindet sich das relativ neue Hotel Keisei Richmond Tokyo Oshiage. Ein paar Schritte weiter befindet sich der Bahnhof Oshiage (Oshiage Station), an dem die Keisei-Line, die Tobu-Skytree-Line die Asakusa Line und die Hanzomon-Line fahren. Im Eingangsbereich fahren zwei Aufzüge zur Lobby und zu den Zimmern. Die Lobby befindet sich im dritten Stock (3F).
Neben der Lobby ist auch das Frühstücksrestaurant zu finden, das ein kleines, aber feines Buffet anbietet. Hier wird sicher jeder fündig. Die Speisen sind jedoch hauptsächlich asiatische Köstlichkeiten mit einer Salatbar. Getränke holt man sich bei den beiden Automaten, die Kaffeespezialitäten (und Tee), Wasser und auch Softgetränke anbieten. So kann man in Ruhe frühstücken und wenn man Glück hat, ist ein Platz am Fenster, mit direktem Blick auf den Skytree, frei.
Die Zimmer sind recht klein, da muss man als Pärchen schon mal etwas zusammenrücken. Aber das ist in Tokio völlig normal. Wie gesagt, ist das Hotel recht neu und die Zimmer dementsprechend auch. Es ist gemütlich mit einer winzigen Sitzecke eingerichtet, das Bad ist mit einer kleinen Badewanne ausgestattet. Manche Zimmer haben, natürlich gegen Aufpreis, Skytree-Blick. Sogar die Fenster kann man einen kleinen Spalt öffnen, sodass man frische Luft hereinlassen kann.
Das Hotel bietet auch Münzwaschmaschinen inkl. Trockner (ich glaube, es sind fünf Stück), deren Laufzeit man über den Fernseher beobachten kann und genau weiß, wann die Wäsche fertig ist. So kann man seine Wäsche vor Ort waschen und muss nicht so viele Klamotten mitnehmen (mehr Platz für Mitbringsel).

Cons:

Das einzige, was uns gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass zwei Aufzüge für ein Hotel und der angrenzenden Sushi-Restaurantkette Kura zu wenig sind.

Unbeschreiblich schön :)
Pros:

Der unheimlich freundliche Service, das Frühstück und die Lage. Die Zimmer sind sauber, recht modern und werden gut gereinigt. Vor allem das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Das zieht sich durch alle Lagen. Auch beim Frühstück wird man unheimlich freundlich empfangen. Ich war wirklich restlos begeistert - ich schwörs! :D
Beim Frühstück hat man einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den Skytree! Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und bietet asiatisches sowie westliches zum Essen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder genau in dieses Hotel.

Es könnten einen Aufzug mehr geben

立地は良く、外出が多い方向けのホテルです
Pros:

立地がとても良いです。ホテルは押上駅A1出口のすぐそばにあり、改札を出てすぐに到着できます。
押上駅からは羽田空港・成田空港の両方へ乗り換えなしでアクセスでき、とても便利です。
ホテルの向かいにはスーパーがあり、東京スカイツリーまでも徒歩約5分と、全体的に交通の利便性が高いです。

館内に洗濯機があるのも便利でした。洗濯量により1回あたり400〜500円程度で、洗剤も付いています。長期滞在の方には特に便利だと思います。

Cons:

立地はとても良いですが、新宿や渋谷など東京西側エリアへ行くには少し時間がかかります。
それでも全体的にはとても便利な立地だと思います。
朝食のメニューにもう少しバリエーションがあると、さらに良いと感じました。

Great location but better for travelers who spend less time at the hotel.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The hotel is right next to Oshiage Station A1 exit, so you can arrive immediately after exiting the station.
Oshiage Station offers direct access to both Haneda and Narita airports without the need to transfer, which is very convenient.
There is a supermarket just across the street, and Tokyo Skytree is only about a five minute walk away. Overall, the transportation is extremely convenient.

The on site washing machines are also very useful. Depending on the load size, it costs around 400 to 500 yen per wash, and detergent is provided. This is especially convenient for guests staying longer.

Cons:

The location is great, although it takes a bit longer to travel to the western areas of Tokyo such as Shinjuku and Shibuya.
Overall, the location is very convenient.
It would be nice if the breakfast selection could offer a bit more variety.
