Pictures are a totally different story
Pros:

Close to railway station and bus stand, center of city

Cons:

No AC - I checked my booking, it was with AC but owner said the property has no AC units - I could see AC units for some of the rooms and even one of the staff confirmed that - I was given non AC
Room was facing a major road, window was not sealed, super noisy, barely slept for 1-2 hrs
If you close the window, its quite hot and if you open it, mosquitoes and noise
Room is small and tight
Room was quite dusty
Toilet seat was off alignment, making it difficult to sit
Stairs going up to reception, no lift - stairs to each floor from the elevator

The staff members are demanding more money than booking amount. I have booked at price of 650/- during check-in they demanded of 1000/-.Better to go for another hotel.
