Eėn om nooit te vergeten en zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitstekend. Volop keus. Persoonlijke benadering tijdens ons verblijf met name door Mega , Agung en Rezza; we voelden ons als VIP’s behandeld. Dagelijks werd geïnformeerd of we bepaalde wensen hadden en werden indien mogelijk gelijk uitgevoerd. Kortom een verblijf om nooit te vergeten en waar we zeker nog een keer terugkomen.

The beach and sea view were not interesting or attractive.

Cons:

There are pictures from the beach (the lagoon, the small harbour) in the promotions, but on site, it is forbidden to go on the beach or to swim / bath there!
The swimming pool is a little dirty (the water is not 100% clear).

Loved staying there, and extended my stay, to relax more.
Pros:

Great location, great breakfast, very friendly staff.

Cons:

Availability of items on bar menu and room service menu was insufficient, many items were not available, also not on other days (we stayed for 6 days). Staff was sometimes complicated and simplest things (like ordering ice cubes) took very long.

Haven in a hectic city, gar enough away to relax and close enough to do business
Pros:

Large property, isolating us from street noise and pollution. Facilities well designed around pool and artificial lagoon. Restaurant with local food adapted to western palates. Good breakfast buffet. But first of all the well trained and friendly staff.

Good price point. Decent menu items in the restaurant if you know what to order. Very enjoyable for a couple of nights.

Nice big pool. Restaurant higher standard than most Indonesian restaurants out in the town or on the street. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room nice and big with a good view of the ocean (junior suite, a little pricier, but worth it) Nice big pool, very enjoyable if not crowded with noisy locals. Lovely gardens and lobby area
Good variety on breakfast.
Very attentive service. Every time we ask for something, we were told to wait in the room and someone will send it to us. We were in literally the farthest room from the front desk area, and they were always happy to bring whatever we requested all the way out to us. Quickly and with a smile! Very nice.

Cons:

The place is in desperate need of maintenance. Broken blinds, broken doors, stained walls, broken tiles around the pool, calcium stains all over the bathroom walls and sink and shower.
Not enough people to clean up after the locals leaving cigarette butts and rubbish all around the pool and restaurant areas.
Wi-Fi is a bit of a disaster
