Very kind staff. My parents who are both 75+ were very happy with the staff. Breakfast buffet was good and had a variety of choices.

Pros:

Great if you need a Segway to the south of the city or the airport. The traffic is horrible and not worth going into the city if you don’t need to be there

The reception desk, service staff and security are extremely helpful all the time. Had a pleasant stay! Was considerate of additional 2 hr checkout time as well. Thanks to restaurant staff and receptionist Mohan!
