Top locatie, accomodatie zelf is oké

De locatie was top

Cons:

Faciliteiten waren kapot, voordeurslot was ook kapot en al was er contact opgenomen met de host is het slot niet gerepareerd en hebben we de deur met spullen in de avond geblokkeerd

Trotz der hervorragenden Lage würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Perfekte Anbindung an S und U. Museen direkt in der Nähe, blitzschnell im der Stadtmitte.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Oberflächlich gut, aber Ecken und Fugen schmutzig.
Eines der Oberfenster war defekt, lüften konnte man nur mit aufstehender Einganstür. Leider ist dies ebenerdig direkt am Gehsteig und nachts nicht möglich.
Die Schlafcouch ist für ein bis zwei Nächte sicherlich gut, aber nicht für 8 Tage.
Für Partygänger ist das alles sicher okay.

Céntrico y cómodo
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. La parada del metro (S-Bahn) queda muy cerca y también del autobús que nos lleva en nada a Kurfürstendamm. El apartamento dispone de todas las comodidades y buena calefacción. Para nuestra próxima visita a Berlín sin duda lo volveremos a elegir. También la anfitriona ha sido muy simpática y contestó a todas las preguntas.

Cons:

En el baño podría haber colgadores para las toallas. El sofá podría ser más cómodo para dormir, pero no es trágico.

Δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά. Πολύ βρωμικο δωματιο με καμία διάθεση για σωστή εξυπηρέτηση απ ότι φάνηκε.

Cons:

Βρώμικα. Όπου κ να ακουμπουσαμε ήταν βρώμικα.
Την πρώτη μέρα που πήγαμε ξέχασαν να έρθουν να καθαρίσουν και βρήκαμε το απόλυτο χάος στο δωμάτιο. Ηρθε μετά από 2-3 ώρες ένας τύπος να καθαρίσει και πήρε μόνο τα πάνω πάνω. Οτι βλέπει το μάτι. Ηταν άθλιο.

During the cold season the location is perfect.
Pros:

If you will stay here during the cold season, than don’t worry the heating system is working perfectly, is really comfortable.
The bathroom is amazing, suficient space, 2 sinks, hand soap, hair dryer, wash machine, washing powder, ironing board with iron.
The kitchen has everything.

Cons:

The pillows are to small.

Zentral, aber renovierungsbedürftig
Pros:

Zentrale Lage, Nähe zum Tempodrom und Potsdamer Platz, sehr guter Kontakt zum Vermieter - umgehende Rückmeldung.
Gutes Frühstückscafé nebenan.

Cons:

Wohnung benötigt unbedingt eine Grundreinigung. Es ist alles sehr schmuddelig, das Schlafsofa könnte mal erneuert werden.
Die Wohnung wirkt wie ein Ladengeschäft; man betritt direkt vom Gehweg den Wohnraum und hört die Menschen sprechen.
WLAN hat trotz Nachfrage nicht funktioniert, dadurch auch kein Fernsehempfang. Das genannte Netzwerk befand sich außer Reichweite.
