They have not returned my security deposits after over one month we left.
Exceptional value, great to have a kitchen available, the house is beautiful, host was kind. Bedding, bathroom, and common areas were clean.
Probably the reason for the economy rate is some heavy staining on the mattress and carpet, though the actual bedding was very clean.

The property is situated in a tranquil area within the street plan, boasting an attractive neighborhood and an available parking space. The interior of the residence is aesthetically pleasing.
Prior occupancy was permitted.
Our expectation of a private bathroom facility was not met, as the assigned bathroom was shared, unhygienic, and exhibited mold.
Regarding the room, while the bed was satisfactory, its location was suboptimal, being situated directly adjacent to the main entrance. The presence of large, albeit obscured, windows facing the corridor resulted in significant noise intrusion and light disruption from frequent foot traffic. Furthermore, on one occasion, a gathering of individuals occurred directly outside our door late in the evening after 10 pm and made noise for almost an hour.
Additionally, the room lacked essential amenities such as hangers and a mirror.

Woke up to bunch of ants right in front of the bed, blankets, and sheets had some old stains.
It is nice house and in a quiet neighbourhood. Convenient to have laundry facilities on site as well as a kitchen. Room and living room were comfortable.
The bathtub was not usable during my stay and I reached out right away but no one came to help or fix during my stay. I asked for a partial refund but was not given one. Cleaning in the bedroom could be better.
Nothing! I did not check into this ripp off property because they tried to charge me an ADDITIONAL $650 dollars because I had a service animal AFTER I had already booked. Not only that they broke booking.com service animal policy as well at BC Service Animal laws trying to charge me the extra cleaning fee and by asking for documentation for my service animal then they threatened me with a $500 penalty if I could not produce my service animal documents all of which is ILLEGAL to do! Then they wouldn't refund me for the 7 days I had booked taking all of the money I had left to survive right before Xmas! These people are RIPP OFFS AND WILL DRAIN UR LAST DOLLAR then claim they did nothing wrong because they are following booking.com's policy while breaking booking.com other policy's! They do not care about their guests and are only concerned with money!
Everything: from start to finish, they could have had a REAL PERSON respond to my issues and not used computer generated AI responses. They could have understood what I was going through in my life instead of thanking me for understanding their points of view as to why they could not refund my money! They could have treated me and my service animal with the exact same dignity and respect that I gave them. They could have accepted responsibility for their wrongs and admitted they had made a mistake trying to overcharge me and did everything possible to make it right instead of thinking they were over and above the law and did nothing wrong. They could did everything better right from the start but they failed horribly!

Very pleased with the attention to the fact that my card was locked to book the deposit
we experienced a kitchen with foods half ate garbage left on counter and an unpleasant surprise with the shower full of personal products toothbrush & paste on counter in bathroom. We are not ones to complain but as we have experienced the Accomidation previously and shared the booking with friends and family.
The room, bed and bathroom were very good.

Two teabag were available, no coffee at all, which was a shame, just those things when your travelling would make such a difference.
The bond that they are holding is substantial, I hope it doesn't take too long to refund.

The convenience and the value of your stay - cheaper than hotels.
The beds were still uncomfortable. I complained about the beds were very hard and you cant sleep comfortably. But seems like the owner still hasn't replaced the beds yet.
