Charging my bank card for a day I did not book or stay in the hotel. This is robbery!
Cons:

No WiFi in the hotel room.
Falsely charging me for an extra night stay even when I had checked out; handing in the hotel room keys and receipted for my two night stay.

Stay was good. My event went well. Would stay again
Pros:

The front desk lady was helpful. The lights in my room did not turn on but this was promptly addressed when I complained. I forgot my toothbrush and front desk supplied complementary one plus toothpaste.

Cons:

I received a breakfast voucher but was not told breakfast time and time was not indicated on the voucher, also it was not written anywhere visible to me. Came down for breakfast at 9.45am and told it ended at 9.30am. The experience left a bad taste, otherwise would have rated higher.
