Dogs are welcome and T&C's apply. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. An anti-allergy deep cleaning fee of £30 for 1 dog and £50 for 2 dogs will apply. For stays longer than 7 days, there will be additional weekly fee of £50.

Staff friendly and responsive, it had a pool/ jacuzzi. Breakfast was good - lots of options.
Bed was too hard, had to request mattress topper and extra pillows and a fan as the air conditioner wasnt working as you'd expect.
Bad job done of silicon/ decorating (Painting) in toilets/ swimming pool - made it look less than appealing.
Great breakfast. Children loved the pool. Staff were super and really helpful.

Paying for car park - need a car to get there and then do what we plan for our holiday
when it came to checking out of the hotel I forgot a cherished family heirloom in the bathroom. I contacted the hotel afterwards and the speed and assistance which I received in them locating my cherished item and also posting it to me was first class. I thank you dearly for assisting me in this course And returning my watch to me.
I left my room key in the room (which I am forever doing) I stay away every week and must do this at least once a week. However this is the first time I was actually asked for ID rather than just being handed a key when providing a number as every other hotel does. This is absolutely the right thing to do and finally good to see a hotels not handing out keys so easily!!
No Greek yogurt or any yogurt at breakfast
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The customer service was outstanding—nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and happy. Any small request I had was handled quickly and with genuine care, which made me feel very well looked after. The room itself was beautiful, luxurious, spacious and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. Overall, it was a gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing stay in a very comfortable setting, and it felt like excellent value for money.
The shower did not have a handheld option, which made it difficult to rinse comfortably, and the bath did not drain very well. The bed was also not very comfortable, although a big mattress topper was provided when requested and this made it very comfortable indeed.

La ducha de la bañera era fija y era bastante incómodo.
El parking del hotel es de pago, lo cual resulta prácticamente obligatorio si vas en coche, ya que no hay posibilidades de aparcar gratis en los alrededores.

The staff were incredible. The best service I have received at a hotel to date. So kind, helpful and approachable, nothing was a problem - really outstanding.
Breakfast wise- just the mushrooms were not good- sliced would be much better
