Dogs are welcome and T&C's apply. Maximum of 2 dogs per room. An anti-allergy deep cleaning fee of £30 for 1 dog and £50 for 2 dogs will apply. For stays longer than 7 days, there will be additional weekly fee of £50.
All children under the age of 16 and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times in the pool and pool area including the following policies: - 1 adult in the pool per child below the age of 5 years. - 1 adult in the pool for 2 children from ages of 5-7 years. For non /weak swimmers of all ages, an adult must be in the pool supervising the child/children at all time. Please refer to club rules for full details on the policy.

Breakfast was excellent , good choice and good quality
I like the Marriot style and the room
The iron was dirty and when I was using to go out at night my shirt got dirty
All staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Car park was easily accessed and parking easy. Spacious bathroom in upgrade was appreciated. Felt safe as a lone traveller. Busy yet quiet hotel, undisturbed by other guests.
Limited choices for room service meals; only takeaway style food offered, burgers, pizzas, fish and chips etc. accessible via app or telephone to reception. All meals priced higher than in the bar/restaurant for the same meal plus £5 tray charge. No restaurant/bar menu in rooms. Advised to physically go down to the bar to order meal in person. Had to queue for a menu to read (mostly the same menu), then queue again to order and request delivery to room. Not a 4* hotel service or 4* hotel catering. Very disappointed. Room furniture/furnishings was tired and dated.
The welcome was poor, very reluctant offer of help with my bags, even though I was obviously struggling. Bathroom smelled of drains. Food was tasteless. Surprised I had to pay extra for parking. Bed was uncomfy. I had to go to reception to claim my free water each day. WiFi was impossible to get onto without IT support.
Good but not outstanding. Liked proper toaster at breakfast. Room was quiet as end of corridor and no neighbours. Friendly staff.
Poor breakfast lay out I felt and, depending on timings, no clean tables or information on what was available. Later times and other days much better. No plain yoghurt, bowls for fruit salad stored on other side of breakfast area.
Shower screen leaked so water over bathroom floor. Don't service rooms unless minimum 3 day stay.
Out of town location so need car but car parking charges apply.

We asked for ground floor we got ground floor, we asked to be two rooms together and we got that and we only booked a couple of hours before . fantastic hotel lovely facilities, we had food there and we used the Spa, the pool was lovely temperature which is unusual for a hotel pool . Lovely venue, very comfortable stay it’s definitely somewhere we would stay again
