Service. Quality. Cleanliness
We have been once before, so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect. It was every bit as good as our first experience though the price seems to have risen quite a bit. Not sure if this is seasonal however it is March so not the most expensive time.

Leisure club very welcome - greatly enjoyed the warm pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was reasonable but would have preferred a better selection of breads or rolls.
Very soft pillows, which I found not conducive to comfortable sleeping. Also a very thin duvet - I had to double it over to stay warm, so would have been cold if my partner had been with me. Having a blanket available would have been good.

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The grandchildren loved the pancakes and waffles. We all had lots of fun in the pool and adults were able to use the gym, steam room, sauna & jacuzzi. We’ve been twice recently and would definitely look forward to the breakfast.l again.
The furniture in the lounge is very tired with rub marks on every chair/ sofa, which really isn’t great. Remote didn’t work to the TV in our room. It was sorted eventually but took a day.

We were welcomed politely and professionally on arrival and the check-in process was smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the facilities were perfect for a relaxing stay. We enjoyed use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room and although didn't get round to using the gym this time, saw that it was very well equipped and will be using it next time. There was an excellent variety for breakfast, friendly staff and the location of the hotel was great too, just round the corner from restaurants and entertainment, as well as being close to Cambridge. We will stay here again!
