Due to maintenance work of our hotel facilities, some construction noise may occur during the following period.
Period: January 5th, 2026 – March 31st, 2026 / 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday

To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Kindly note that we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations to facilitate our renovation project from October, 2026

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while in Tokyo. It was very convenient.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being right next to Shinjuku Station. The room was perfect and very clean. The view was good, and it was nice to look out the 25th floor and see the city below. We have no complaints about the hotel or staff. It was a fantastic experience.

Nothing, it was great!

Staff and location great. Rooms dated.
Pros:

The staff went above and beyond for us. We were planning to stay for 3 nights, but my asthma started acting up from our room being a bit dated. We had to find another hotel. They were so gracious and allowed us to cancel without a fee even though we were already checked in. Mr. Yamaha who was the Front Manager was so helpful and attentive. He helped us get our luggage down to the lobby, refunded our payment, and held our bags until we were able to find another hotel. We were very grateful. He mentioned that they are going to be doing a big renovation soon. We would definitely give them another try once the renovation takes place. Thanks Mr. Yamaha.

Cons:

Public spaces were nice, but the room was dated and smelled musty. This wouldn’t bother most people but it was not good for my asthma.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Aussicht fantastisch. Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch extrem günstig gelegen.

Cons:

Bei der Zuordnung der Sitzplätze wurde einmal nicht erlaubt das Rollo des Fensters zu öffnen, was schade war, da ein Highlight des Hotels die Aussicht aus dem Frühstücksraum war.

Pros:

Hotel situato al 20 piano in posizione davvero strategica comodissimo per muoversi facilmente utilizzando metro e treni proprio ad 1 minuto dall’hotel. Molto pulito. Personale disponibile. Camera abbastanza spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

I bagni avrebbero bisogno di un ammodernamento.

The noise surrounding the building, there is construction hammering from 9-6 every day. The gym is not located in the building as specified. You have to pay to use it
