Due to maintenance work of our hotel facilities, some construction noise may occur during the following period.

To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Kindly note that we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations to facilitate our renovation project from October, 2026

Great hotel and location in shinjuku
Pros:

Great location. Great facilities. Good breakfast. Service was excellent

The hotel probably needs a little revamp soon but it's nothing major and shouldn't stop you from booking

What I did not like was that I had to bring my own suitcases to the room and carry them back myself. I had two suitcases, and I am almost 60 years old, so it was very difficult for me.

The second and most important issue was that the light in our room was not working properly. We came for one night after a cruise — two people over 60 years old — hoping to rest before a long flight. We chose what was supposed to be a good hotel, but the light in our room kept turning on and off by itself all night long. We could not switch it off properly. It kept turning on again and again.

As a result, we were unable to rest or sleep the entire night. It was terrible. We informed one of the managers, and although he apologized many times, nothing was actually done to solve the problem.

Great location, great room
Pros:

The Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower checked every box. Five minutes on foot to Shinjuku Station, walking distance to a wealth of restaurants and major attractions, and a staff that was genuinely warm and accommodating throughout. When the rain arrived — two of our three days — borrowing umbrellas from the hotel was effortless. The rooms were a good size with fabulous views.

Everything you need, right where you need it. Highly recommend.

Pros:

地理位置好，且備品充足，有洗面乳、卸妝油、化妝水跟乳液，讓人驚艷。且電梯旁就有飲水機，十分方便。早餐多樣且能邊欣賞高樓風光邊吃早餐。

Excellent location, friendly staff and comfortable beds.
Pros:

Perfect location and very nice hotel. I’ve stayed there before and the rooms do vary even if booking the same type. Some are a little more updated and this time ours was older. Still it was a great choice for our trip.

More drawers for clothes and updated bathroom

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente y las habitaciones en los pisos altos con unas vistas increíbles. El desayuno está muy bien también y yendo temprano no tuvimos el problema de la congestión que mencionaron otros viajeros. Hay muchos lugares para comer en la zona e incluso en el edificio. El shopping que está enfrente es divino. Volveremos!!

Visitare Tokyo in posizione centrale
Pros:

Posizione molto comoda per visitare le varie zone di Tokyo, colazione buonissima e molto abbondante. Camera al piano 32 con vista spettacolare dello Skyline di Tokyo. Alla reception parlano un buon inglese.
