To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Kindly note that we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations to facilitate our renovation project from October, 2026

Pros:

Location and large bed and room as well as value for money.

Cons:

I didn’t feel it was personal and it needs an update which I understand is happening.

还不错吧，景观好，新宿车站新南口出来，交通方便，感觉也就是新宿车站边上比较好的酒店了

מלון מעולה ומומלץ!
Pros:

חדרים טובים וגדולים יחסית ליפן, ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות קבלה שירותי מאד ומקסים, נמצא ממש צמוד לתחנת שינגוק ויויוגי וקרוב להכל גם רגלית. חזרנו גם בפעם השנייה אחרי שעברנו לאוסקה וקיוטו וחזרנו שוב לטוקיו.

Couldn’t be more convenient and well-located, amazingly views, great front desk staff.
Pros:

Exceptional view from panoramic king room. Great physical location. Professional staff members.

Cons:

Rooms could use additional upkeep, new wallpaper and painting/touch-ups. Better shower and deeper bathtub would be a great upgrade.
