Due to maintenance work of our hotel facilities, some construction noise may occur during the following period.

To commemorate our 30th Anniversary in 2028, we will be undertaking a transformative renovation of our guest rooms and hotel facilities.
Kindly note that we will be implementing a temporary, phased suspension of operations to facilitate our renovation project from October, 2026

Great stay!
Pros:

We loved the view from the 35th floor, the front desk on the 20th floor, the great location near the Twins and across from shopping, and the room technology.

Soulless
Pros:

Very functional, clean, not from Shinjuku

Cons:

It is pretty soulless. Quite hard to find. View disappointing given its on the 24th floor. Staff not that friendly. I'd stay in a different part of the city next time eg Asakusa

Hotel is expensive for what it is. Was comfortable but just too expensive.
Pros:

Room and bathroom was a good size. Bed was big enough to sleep me and my 2 kids aged 9 and 11. Lifts were fast.

Cons:

Location was okay, right beside Shinjuku Train station but a bit quiet.

Breakfast was a bit mediocre. Expected more choice for the price.

AC wasnt' great, especially when 3 of us sleeping in a room

Pros:

The room and lication, in avery modern clean and nice area of Shinjuku, room with great view, all great! I would stay here again with no doubts! 7 eleven on ground floor of the building too. And good breakfast. !

April 2026 Tokyo Stay
Pros:

Very good location in Tokyo and excellent size room for a Shinjuku hotel. Breakfast was very good with fantastic views of the city. Would highly recommend for staying in Tokyo and will definitely book again in the future
