Tolle Lage und super Aussicht
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und hat eine großartige Aussicht. Fast direkt vor dem Eingang ist eine Tram Station, mit der man sich gut bewegen kann. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es gibt sogar Schokolade und Wein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt hat super funktioniert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

1. Очень мягкий матрас
2. Нет полноценной кухни, без плиты и духовки, без кастрюль, раковина только в ванной. Мы по описанию этого заранее не поняли
3. Бесплатная парковка на улице сзади отеля только по выходным, в остальное время придется брать платный подземный паркинг за 20 долларов
4. Была плохая уборка, волосы вокруг раковины

Location was awesome, great ocean view from balcony. Host was a sweet lady.
Good choice of board games,

Cons:

They might add and update glasses, cutlery, dining plates.
Kettle needs to be cleaned/replaced.
Beds were uncomfortable.

Pros:

The room has a breathtaking view of the Gold Coast. The host is extremely nice and responsive. Check-in was smooth. It is located inside Oaks but is managed separately by a private host(in a good way). We were able to use the hotel pool and jacuzzi. It is very close to the G-link station Florida Gardens which connects you to everywhere in GC. The host even prepared us a welcome sparkling wine and some cereals for the breakfast.

Cons:

There are no so many restaurants around within walking distance.

Great Room/Good Value
Pros:

Room was very large for a Studio. A lovely surprise of a Christmas Basket and Wine. Nice touch.
Owner was very welcoming. And rang to say we left something behind. Old fashioned good manners. Thank you.

Stunning view!
Pros:

We stayed two nights at this apartment. It has everything one needs for a short stay at the Gold Coast. You have a breathtaking view of Surfers Paradise and you can also watch the sunrise from the balcony. It came with a full kitchen with snacks and a bottle of wine, free of charge which was nice. If you come with a car I would recommend parking on the street behind the hotel since it’s free and you can access the hotel through the back gate. You are at the beach in a view minutes of walking. If you want to go into the city you can take the tram which is cheap and quick and stops right Infront of the hotel. Overall a great experience!

Cons:

The decoration might not be everyone’s taste, but it is nothing to loud. Unfortunately we could not use the laundry machine since there was no detergent. The bed was also a little to soft for us.
