A comfortable stay with great views, close to everything you need.
Pros:

The room had everything I needed and the view was wonderful from the 20th floor. Access to the hotel pool was great. Check-in was easy and the location was right on the tram line, only 2 tram stops or 30mins walk from the main tourist and shopping areas.

Cons:

The bed was very soft which may not suit some people.

Cons:

The pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, but it is expected for a sofa bed. I was grateful for the ability to accommodate for an extra.

Simply great!
Pros:

The private owner was there to assist us to park our car, move our luggage to the room and brief us fully on the apartment facilities and the environment. Especially liked the wine and chocolates he offered as a welcome gift. Great gentleman! Fantastic view from the balcony. Tram line, at 50 cents per trip at the doorstep.

it was lovely being able to walk out on the balcony and see the ocean. it was peaceful. loved the bottle of wine and chocolates that was nice

Location, location and stunning views
Pros:

Great location close to the beach. The view was beautiful. Easy walk through to Crown Plaza for meals. Nice clean swimming pool and walking distance to beach. The tram stops right outside, very convenient!
Lovely touches like champagne and chocolate included, well stocked kitchen with cereal, tea and coffee supplies. Nice big room with separate toilet.

Cons:

The only thing letting it down was the cleanliness and things that were a bit dated or needed repair.
There is no lock box and key can’t be left with concierge.
Meet the owner Graham, who is lovely in the foyer and he explains how everything works and takes you up to the room and gives you the key.
Might be an issue if you’re flying in late.
Our plane was delayed by 3 hours and I felt awful having to change meeting times to collect the key. Graham was very flexible about it.

Tolle Lage und super Aussicht
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und hat eine großartige Aussicht. Fast direkt vor dem Eingang ist eine Tram Station, mit der man sich gut bewegen kann. Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Es gibt sogar Schokolade und Wein. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt hat super funktioniert. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
