Parking at this hotel is for 16 € per night available. Underground parking has an entrance height of 2,10 m and offers e-charging stations. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance. If there are no parking spaces available when you arrive, please contact our colleagues at reception.  Please note the seperate entrance: Entrance is located on Kohlwaagstrasse.
Airport: The international Airport Saarbrucken is located just approximately 10 km away from the hotel.

Public Transport: The nearest tram station is just 2 minutes walking distance away from the hotel.

The nearest bus station is located there too.

Arriving by car: From the motorway exit 15-Westspangenbrücke (A620), drive towards Koblenz / Trier / Neunkirchen / City ring / A623 / A1 on the Westspange / B268. Use the right lane to take the driveway towards B51 / Burbach / Cityring.

Turn right onto St. Johanner Straße. 230 m, St. Johanner Strasse then Trierer Strasse. 350 m the Trierer Str. Becomes the Faktoristraße.

Prima overnachtingshotel
Pros:

Het hotel ligt redelijk dicht bij de snelweg richting de grens met Oostenrijk.
De kamer was schoon, ruim en beschikte over de middelen die je nodig hebt bij een overnachting.

Cons:

Er is geen parkeergelegenheid rondom het hotel, waardoor je praktisch geforceerd wordt om een parkeerkaart van 16 euro af te nemen, ongeacht van hoelang je er verblijft.
Er was geen mogelijkheid om te eten, tegen ons werd verteld dat dit door personeelstekorten kwam. Hierdoor werden wij na een lange reisdag geforceerd om de straat op te gaan op zoek naar een maaltijd.
In de wasbak vonden we een haar die niet van ons was en we hadden een handdoek met een vlek.

die Lage ist zentral

Cons:

Zimmer dreckig, Matratzen völlig durchgelegen, Bad dreckig, Teppich dreckig und stinkend.
Frühstück unter aller Kanone, sie waren nicht einmal in der Lage ein Ei zu kochen. Es war fast roh, auf Nachfrage ernteten wir nur ein unfreundliches Schulterzucken

Pros:

Hotel zentral gelegen, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer hatte funktionierende Klimaanlage, jedoch etwas klein für 3 Personen.
Frühstück war gut, klassisches Businessfrühstück. 17-19 Uhr Happy Hour an der Bar.
Tiefgarage im Haus, in der Ferienzeit locker einen Parkplatz bekommen.

Cons:

Parkgebühren von 18 Euro pro Nacht; E-Ladestation war außer Betrieb.

Pros:

Zimmer sind mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Etwa 16 qm incl. Dusche/Toilette. Betten waren nicht zu weich. Unsere Räder durften wir in einer Ecke vor dem Zimmer abstellen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Nur 3 Minuten zur Einkaufsstraße, 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof, 2 Minuten zur Saar.

Séjour très agréable: l’accueil était très chaleureux et sympathique
Pros:

La decoration des parties communes, l’amabilité et la bienveillance du personnel, la situation géographique de l’hôtel, la propreté générale, le calme

Cons:

Manque de personnel, nombre d’employés trop insuffisant par rapport à la capacité d’accueil de l’hôtel .
La moquette dans la chambre pas très propre, le matelas un petit peu fatigué.

Gut für einen Zwischenaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Hotel ist insgesamt neu und modern, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel. Für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise war die Zimmergröße für drei Personen in Ordnung. Angenehm fanden wir den Wasserkocher mit Gläsern auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Check-in war insgesamt wenig gastfreundlich. Auf unsere Frage zur Parksituation bzw. einem möglichen Halteverbot wurde keine Auskunft gegeben – ein kurzer Hinweis wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. Die Tiefgarage ist zudem recht teuer. Durch die Lage am Bahnhof ist außerdem Zugverkehr hörbar.
