Pratique et bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Il était à 10 min de marche de l’aéroport, du Terminal 3, très pratique et facile à trouver.
Pratique pour passer une nuit de transit.
Le quartier est très sympa, très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Le confort etait tres sommaire et il y avait des cafards au sol, mais je pense qu’il y en a systématiquement dans ce genre d’appartement.

Disappointimg. I checked out after the first day and moved locations.
Pros:

It was a very good location close to the airport.

Cons:

The mold. The freezer was full of mold. The shower head was covered in mold.
The TV wasn’t working.
And the walls were paper thing. You could hear the conversations and singing im the rooms next to it.

De locatie is niet makkelijk te vinden. Je moet echt contact hebben met de beheerder om in het appartementen complex het juiste appartement te vinden.

Very good
Pros:

Condo is walking distance to New Port area, lots of restaurabt and also you can walk to NIA Terminal 3 via Runway.
Apartment have accomodated 7 of us. There is kitchen where you can cook.
Host is very reponsive and building is secure.

It's a worthy price for quick errands near the airport. But some constructive criticism below:
Pros:

The sofa bed was big enough for 2/3 kids or 2 adults. The condo location is very convenient for those who needs to be near the airport. The smart TV contained Netflix. The kitchen had quick necessities to use when you don't wish to go outside. Microwave and fridge works. Had small dining room for eating near the sofa.
Good bonus: Unit provided a gallon of water to drink.

Cons:

The contact person was delayed in responding to our messages. We had to wait for like half an our to have someone assist us to the room. The dude was fine, but he could've been a little polite next time. The room was alright but it's subpar. It was clear that its an old unit but the utensils was not re-washed before letting us in (a bit dusty). The ceiling needs cleaning esp. that weird filter above where the sofa was located. Lastly, the sofa. Although, it was built in good condition, it felt like it had not be dusted for a while. When I lied down to sleep, it felt like somethings walking around my body. The linens and pillow was the same. I guess caretaker only prioritized the bedroom bed and linens. Please next time be considerate to 3 above customers using your unit.

Great location, good host, but not a good accommodation
Pros:

Good location, nice host. Room smelled like cigarettes, and kitchen smelled a bit moldy. Hairs form the previous guests on the bathroom walls....

Maybe good for one night, but would not book again

Superb
Pros:

Very near to all shops restaurants malls banks groceries and market. Everything you need is at reach easily. Its just across the airport terminal 3.
