Nice hotel, unfortunately not nice guests

The confort, the cleanliness, the outdoor pool

Cons:

When we were in the hotel, there was a competition in town and teams were staying at the HILTON. During the afternoon they came to the pool with their own music system and no one for the management came to ask to stop it. It was very loud and not appropriate to a Hilton hotel. A employee came to ask to stop it but they didn’t listen.

Everything was great. The rooms are super clean, there are good amenities, very comfortable beds and the location is perfect. One of few hotels that doesn’t disappoint.

Really great as always, we'll be back, we already have reservations for next month.
Pros:

Really, pretty much everything. The buffet breakfast was incredible as always. The staff is attentive and friendly. The place is very clean and the pool is incredible.

Cons:

The restaurant is overpriced. It would be nice if they had more affordable options. Something more in line with the costs in Nicaragua. The pool didn't have any music (supposedly, it was because it was the day of the Super Bowl). Next time we may order pizza to the room and eat lunch in the room because of the costs.

Las habitaciones muy cómodas y amplias, el personal muy atento y excelente ubicación. Sus galletas que dan de cortesía a tu llegada deliciosas. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

Cons:

El colchón del sofá cama era muy delgado y suave lo que era incómodo ya que se sentía los resortes de la cama. El desayuno estuvo regular. Pero igual me volvería a hospedar en el hotel.

Pros:

La tranquilidad del espacio, la amabilidad del personal, y la relación calidad-precio.

Cons:

El baño tiene un porta shampoo metálico filoso. Debería removerse porque puede ocasionar un accidente. Yo tuve una cortadura en el brazo por ello.

The room was really comfortable, especially the bed- wish i had a mattress like it at home. Slept like a baby.
The service at the front desk was impeccable, kudos to Mr Joel and Wilfredo. They were able to accommodate me for an early check in, Will stay there each time i travel to Managua. Looking forward to my next trip ASAP.
