Cons:

Not suitable for international traveler with more than 2 nights stay at the hotel.
No complimentary coffee/tea in the rooms as provided by other 3 stars hotels in the near vicinity.
No iron / iron board provided upon request in the room. Had to use one installed in a common corridor… very awkward.
Hotel services not customer care oriented. Mostly money minded. I was denied late check out for some further additional hours upon payment of additional fee despite room available. I was requested to pay for an additional night which was most excessive.

Schöner Geburtstags-Trip
Pros:

Die Lage ist Mega! Metro in 1 min. gleich erreichbar. Restaurants und Bars in der Umgebung vorhanden. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da wir lieber draussen Spezialitäten ausprobieren. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereich.

Das Haus ist schon älter und Paris ist für seine kleine Zimmer bekannt, aber für ein kurz Trip war schon genügend Platz für die Klamotten.

Cons:

Wie gesagt das Haus ist schon älter deswegen ist auch einiges abgenutzt. Wie das Badezimmer auch wenn es sauber ist, sieht man halt Abnutzungen, Rost, Schief angebrachtes Mobiliar, Bodenwellen etc. Da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und eigentlich nur die Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht haben, ist das dann noch ok.

Aber die Betten gehen leider nicht. Richtig durchgeschlafen kein Komfort als würde man auf einem Brett liegen. Es wäre schön wenn man da einige Erneuerungen machen würde. Weil nach einem langen Tag will man sich entspannen können. Da mein keine weiteren Sitzmöglichkeiten im Zimmer hat ausser dem Bett, war dies noch nicht mal angenehm.
Auch im zweiten Zimmer nicht. Da war noch das Problem das aus dem Bad Kanalgeruch kam. Da wir nur 2 Nächte hatten wollten wir jetzt nichts sagen und fast nur zum schlafen da waren.

Goed maar kamers zijn zéér beperkt in grootte. Ideaal voor enkel te slapen en een douche te nemen.
Pros:

De ligging was top - leuke buurt en arrondissement.

Cons:

Ontbijt mocht zeker wat uitgebreider.
Kamers zijn zéér klein - Badkamers zijn zéér klein.

Pros:

Hotel calme, chambre propre, personnel present,bien situe dans Paris métro à qq pas de l hôtel. Commerces et restaurants à proximite

Cons:

Chambre un peu étroite si vous avez beaucoup de bagages.
Manque bouteille d eau à disposition dans la chambre et une bouilloire .c est pas grand chose pour l hotel mais ça fait plaisirs à l arrivée et de retour de balade.
