Pros:

Me gusto lo cómodo de la cama y las almohadas, la sabana era muy suave y tersa, me gusto que había tele y de buen tamaño, todo estaba muy limpio y las ventanas estaban muy bien, enteraba suficiente luz y aire, aunque seria mejor que las ventanas no fueran totalmente trasparentes

Cons:

La actitud de la señorita que nos recibio el primer día, la manera en que nos cobro y como nos explico todo al principio, hasta me rodo los ojos y en ningún momento nos comentaron las opciones de desayuno pero hubo un señor que nos atendió muy bien el segundo día, hasta le guardo el termo que una amiga había dejado en la recepción.

I would stay here again. They helped organize transportation from the airport and to lake Atitlan.

El lugar es más pequeño de lo que figura en la fotografía
La atención del personal fue muy mala (solo una persona fue relativamente amable con nosotros)
No se limpia, compramos productos de limpieza, no cambian las toallas y un día nos dejaron sin toallas, no se cambian las sábanas, compramos también productos de higiene personal, el lugar tiene mal olor y el personal lejos de mejorar ante las solicitudes empezaron a tratarnos de forma inapropiada y a ignorar nuestro pedidos de productos básicos como papel higiénico para el baño o jabones, simplemente seguían haciendo sus labores como que no nos escuchaban o seguían hablando por teléfono. Fueron días muy incómodos y desagradables que no le deseo a nadie.
El precio es muy alto comparado con la calidad
A parte de varios sucesos más que hemos pasado y seguimos pasando posterior a salir de ahí

Lovely room and staff, we had a lovely stay!
Pros:

Super friendly staff and lovely breakfast on the rooftop terrace. We were able to leave our bags overnight when doing the vulcano hike at no extra cost

Lugar bom em Antiígua
Pros:

A localização é ótima e os responsáveis pela pousada são muito simpáticos e me ajudaram a comprar roupas baratas para subir o Pacaya. O café da manhã é simples e feito na hora para cada hóspede. Em janeiro é bem frio à noite e não houve necessidade de ventilador/ar.

Cons:

A cama é muito dura; os travesseiros são baixos. Em 4 noites de estadia, não houve limpeza do quarto (creio que retirar o lixo do banheiro já seria suficiente, já que em várias partes da Guatemala o papel higiênico não pode ser jogado no vaso sanitário).
