Great location and hotel - we will be back!
Pros:

Very positive experience staying at the hotel. Location was great for us (just down from The Corner) and walking distance to the downtown area and grounds. Staff were very courteous and accommodating. Valet team were amazing and always ready to help. Room was modern, clean and spacious. We also ate in the hotel restaurant (The Ridley) which was very good.

All in all we were impressed with the hotel on many levels and will stay again when we are back in town.

Cons:

really don't have anything to fault the hotel on. They were experiencing issues with one of the elevators whilst we were there. Hotel staff were very accommodating and made it work with the minimum disruption to us which was appreciated.

Passable
Pros:

It was certainly adequate but nothing more. Just frustrating to pay an outrageous fee for what was a very average hotel experience. The parking situation is a disaster.

Always enjoy my stays here
Pros:

They were wonderful when we had friends visiting. They let them park at the hotel while we went to the UVA game.

Cons:

The only thing was I didn’t think there was enough staff in the restaurant attached on a UVA game day. There was only 2 waitstaff and 1 host and it was super busy.
