Móveis todos "destruídos"

A estrutura do apartamento é antiga e precisa passar por renovação. Há armários e prateleiras quebradas, os materiais de cozinha são velhos, e o microondas estava quebrado quando cheguei, sendo prontamente substituído pela proprietária. Não havia sabonete de corpo, para tomar banho, na chegada, só líquido para mãos. Como é um apartamento, não há troca de roupa e banho diária, é importante conversar com a proprietária para chegar a um acordo. Por ser um apartamento em andar baixo (terceiro) há pernilongos, o que é natural. Usei um repelente de tomada e não tive mais problema algum com eles.

Toalhas banho pequenas, não tem secador de cabelo como qualquer hotel tem.

At check in,the staff was not very interested.I arrived at 15:00, went to my room to realize there was no toilet paper.I then decided not to ask for it at the moment of check in,as the desk was busy..I went out and on the way back I informed the staff at reception that in both toilets in the room there was no toilet paper.I then asked then to provided it.I waited for over an hour because they said it was the property owner's responsibility to leave toilet paper in the room.I waited,waited, couldn't couldn't go out as I was waiting for the staff to bring the toilet paper to me. After over an hour waiting, I decided to go downstairs in person and ask them why the ridiculous delay in providing something so basic like toilet paper. In the end , after all that humiliation begging for toilet paper, I asked to see the manager. The manager gave me the Dave excuse saying it's the owner's responsibility.The building uses the name MERCURE, which is from the accor group, They're they must comply with the standards offered by Mercure worldwide. Needless to say that my only day in Fortaleza was spoiled because of something ridiculous like that.I felt humiliated having to ask for toilet paper more than 4 times, and exposing myself in front of everyone.I do demand a better explanation and even a refund of half of my payment.Utter unacceptable.Also both TVs were with no signal.

A hospedagem foi insatisfatória, com vários problemas de limpeza e manutenção. A mobília estava empoeirada, os estofados pareciam infestados por ácaros, e o armário da cozinha estava em más condições. A TV não funcionava em nenhum canal, e as cortinas estavam sujas e com o suporte quebrado. Além disso, as tomadas apresentavam mau contato, o que é tanto inconveniente quanto perigoso. Para completar, o banheiro estava mal abastecido, com apenas metade de um rolo de papel higiênico. O local precisa de melhorias.
