No room, no notice - no recommendation
Pros:

When arriving at the airport we were met by a representative from Bluesky Avalon Saigon Center Luxury who informed us that the appartement we had booked was not available. He didn't speak English, so he tried to explain via Google translate and we were seriously doubting if it was a scam.

They offered an alternative appartement 1200 meters from the location we had booked, but at this point trust was broken and we agreed we could cancel the reservation - a promise which was also broken. So all in all we can't recommend this booking - you simply can't trust that the room is there when you arrive and the communication is terrible.

Pros:

This place is a scam. They pulled a bait and switch. The apartment I reserved was closed for repairs. They tried to put us in other inferior and massively downgraded apartments. They also refused to communicate via the Expedia app and only used WhatsApp. Do not rent from these people.
