Great value for money
Pros:

Great amenities, free coffee, hot chocolate, matcha latte, sake. 24 hour check in. Good location, TV worked well. Lobby was very comfortable

Cons:

Coin laundry was small and didn't dry well. Room decent size but not large.

Ticked all the boxes and was reasonably priced.
Pros:

Close to Gion and lots of eateries. Easy walk via underground to access Subway. We ended up doing more travel outside of Kyoto to staying closer to Kyoto station would have been better but only a short 4 min train ride to Kyoto Station.

Amazing location
Pros:

This is our second time staying at hotel forza Kyoto and you just can’t beat it’s location! It’s near some great shopping malls and it’s easy to get to key tourist attractions. The staff are always very friendly!

Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Location of the hotel is good, there are shops, restaurants and bars nearby. Also bus station ant metro are by walkable distance.

Cons:

Room with windows to the main street are noisy during night time, so consider earplugs if you want good night sleep.

It was a great stay
Pros:

The hotel itself was much more modern and newly renovated than it looks in the photos. Perfect location. Great staff. Free sake every night. Great cloices for breakfast.
