Pros:

Sempre me hospedo no Intercity, gosto muito das instalações no geral. O café é Ok, pessoal atencioso, e está muito bem localizado para quem precisa circular em Aguas Claras.

Cons:

Tenho observado nas ultimas estadias alguma falta de atenção em algumas manutenções. Por exemplo, a iluminação do apartamento. As lâmpadas estão velhas, e as que ainda funcionam estão fracas e/ou opacas. Varias não funcionam mais. Dessa ultima vez, a ducha (chuveiro), estava mal fixada, mas isso deve ao uso. Falta manutenção. Dessa ultima vez tbm, a vedação do box estava com problema, ou seja, ao tomar banho, o banheiro fica cheio de agua. As portas no geral, precisam de ajustes. Sofreram desgaste natural por uso. Agora, outra situação que não sei se tem solução, é a questão dos elevadores, (sobre isso, não é a primeira vez), eles parecem que não funcionam de maneira inteligente, demora muito pra chegar, as vezes para em vários andares que muita vezes não tem ninguém. Fica subindo e descendo de maneira aparentemente aleatória, fico sem entender como funciona. Mas como disse, não sei se tem jeito nesse caso, entendo que é um hotel muito movimentado.
