Expectativas altas, resultados baixos. Decepcionante!

Cons:

No anúncio as fotos são diferentes do que é pessoalmente. Banheiro sem lixo, vaso entupiu apenas com papel ( sendo que lá estava escrito que era para jogar o papel no vaso.). Fizemos o pedido mais de 4x para trocar a pilha do controle do quarto e não resolveram. O pessoal da recepção avisou que no quarto seria o único local que pegaria streaming, no entanto, não era verdade. A comunicação com o pessoal da recepção foi péssimo. Pagamos para ter o tamanho da cama maior e chegando lá nos avisaram que o padrão da queen size era aquele do quarto, entretanto o tamanho era de uma casa de casal simples.

Para quem leva pet é realmente o que prometem. Disponibilizam um kit com potes para ração e água; caminha; tapete higiênico; mantinha.
