disappointing facilities
Pros:

clean room. quiet home.

Can not say as I did not stay at the accommodation.

This place requests you to send your I..D via email/ WhatsApp before they will give you access to the property.
As this is a self- check in accommodation.
Fair enough but you need to state this on your policies.
If I would of known this information I wouldn't of booked.
Not everyone is going to be comfortable to send sensitive information in digital method and the email address provided is just a Gmail one not even a business one.
They did say I can cover all information, they just want to see photo and name on the I.D
Regardless of that I refused to send my I.D so they refused to accommodate. I ended up getting this cancelled and refunded, but that process took way longer than it should of , as too much back and forth.
So booking else where came at a much higher price.

staff walked in the room without knocking.
Door entry codes was wrong, despite complaining about smell, nothing was done to sort it out.

In the photo they shown highest quality room, its all fake.

It’s good. But it’s not the best for £150. But end of day it did what I needed.
